This is how we reach disadvantaged, in-need, and geographically isolated youth throughout Vietnam. These youth deserve our support. Youth who might otherwise not access opportunities for professional hospitality and culinary training.
Our comprehensive recruitment process combines in-field outreach, partner referrals, applicant support, and structured screening to identify those most in need and who fit the STREETS program.
To ensure we are effectively reaching these youth, we developed a state-of-the-art new Trainee recruitment platform to manage applications, communication, and follow-up everywhere -- STREETS โTeamtailorโ. Connecting future Trainees with life-changing training and career opportunities.
