[02/02/20]   Dear families,

We have decided to close the studio from 03/02 - 05/02 due to the increased concern of coronavirus.

There will be no classes for 3 days, the studio plans to reopen on Thursday 6th February until further notice.

Regarding the ATOD Competition in Bangkok, we have not yet heard any news therefore we assume all will go ahead as planned. We will update parents incase this changes.

BALLET STRETCH with Linh Rateau

If you want to lengthen out, improve your posture, tone your legs, arms and back and become more flexible then this class is for you.

40 minutes of warm up and stretching on the floor, followed by 15 minutes on the ballet barre to strengthen, stretch and elongate all the muscles in your body.

The class ends with a pleasurable and easy to follow Adagio combo of 5 minutes to feel all the goodness of the workout.

This class is structured for beginner level, but also works well as a technique refresher and strengthening class for more experienced dancers. No experience necessary

Lớp được thiết kế với 40 phút khởi động, 15 phút tập với thanh gỗ ballet để tăng sức mạnh và kéo dãn tất cả cơ bắp trong cơ thể.

Lớp sẽ kết thúc với chuỗi bài tập Adagio 5 phút để bạn có thể cảm nhận được những gì mình vừa luyện tập.

Lớp được thiết kế cho học viên ở cấp độ mới bắt đầu, nhưng nếu bạn là một vũ công đã có kinh nghiệm, hãy cùng tham gia để bồi dưỡng và tăng cường kỹ thuật. Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.

LOOKING BACK ON 2019 ✨💜
Before 2019 comes to an end, it's time to reflect on some of Dancenter's highlights from the year:
- Our dancers brought home 15 awards from our first international dance competition in Bangkok
- 'MAGIC' - our 12th Annual Shows performed by our students were a huge success!
- We welcomed Mr. Martyn and Mr. Quy to our Dancenter teachers team
- We opened our new Studio D and lots more dance classes!
- Dancenter's special needed dance class appeared on national TV news!
- Ms. Linh Rateau joined the general Assembly of The International Council of Dance at the UNESCO headquarter
- We welcomed and supported 4 choreographers with Dancenter Residence Program
- We partnered with the French Institute of Vietnam for Krossing Over Dance Festival and The City Warrior Dance event
- We co-founded Vietnam Dance ConNEXTion along with 14 other dance studios for new projects to come in 2020!

Trước khi năm 2019 chính thức đi qua, hãy cùng nhìn lại những cột mốc quan trọng của Dancenter trong năm qua:
- Các em học sinh đem về 15 giải thưởng từ cuộc thi nhảy quốc tế đầu tiên
- 'MAGIC' - buổi diễu diễn thường niên lần thứ 12 diễn ra thành công
- Thầy Martyn và thầy Quý gia nhập đại gia đình Dancenter
- Hoàn thiện phòng tập thứ 4 và mở thêm nhiều lớp học hơn
- Lớp học đặc biệt của Dancenter được giới thiệu trên VTV
- Cô Linh Rateau tham gia buổi họp của các thành viên Hội đồng quốc tế nghệ thuật Múa/ UNESCO tại trụ sở của UNESCO
- Chào đón và hỗ trợ 4 nghệ sĩ đến với chương trình lưu trú hợp tác nghệ thuật
- Phối hợp cùng Viện Pháp tổ chức Krossing Over và sự kiện Vũ điệu những chiến binh trong thành phố
- Đồng sáng lập Vietnam Dance ConNEXtion cùng với 14 trung tâm dạy nhảy khác và đưa ra những kế hoạch thú vị cho năm 2020!
