HOW TO PRONOUNCE 'CREATURE' CORRECTLY
Hi everyone.
Today I'm going to show you how to pronounce the word 'creature' correctly.
First off, what is a creature?
A creature is any living being that can move independently. Or it could mean something that was imagined (a creature of imagination).
But the trick is in the pronunciation though.
The word 'create' is pronounced as "kree-ate", and since 'creature' has 'creat' in it, some people pronounce it as "kree-a-ture".
Totally wrong.
The right way to pronounce 'creature' is "kree-cher" - without the 'a'.
"God made all these creatures ("kree-chers"), small and big."
"Did that hideous creature ("kree-cher") escape from the zoo?"
Come again tomorrow for a new short lesson, and if you liked this one, show your support by hitting the 'like' button.
