BSSC is a non-profit organization, established on January 2011, under the management of Vietnam Youth Federation, Ho Chi Minh City.

BSSC is the first organization in Vietnam offering specialized support services to young start-ups. We offer help with finance, material facilities, consultation, training, trade promotion and other services. BSSC is the only organization funded by a grant from the People’s Committee of HCMC.
