He currently serves as Head of Upper Strings at the Sun Valley Music Festival Music Institute (USA), bringing extensive performance experience, refined teaching methods, and an inspiring approach to violin education.

🎹 Evelyn Hii – Pianist

A prominent figure in the international music scene, Evelyn Hii is the founder of the renowned No Black Tie music venue and has dedicated more than 25 years to the global music industry, particularly classical music.

She was awarded the prestigious title of Cavaliere dell'Ordine Stella d'Italia by the Italian Government. Her artistry and teaching philosophy are distinguished by freedom, emotional depth, and an international perspective on performance.

🎹 CHARITY PIANO CONCERT RECAP: BEYOND THE 88 KEYS | 15.08.2026

Một buổi chiều tháng 8 tại Auftdart đã khép lại trong những giai điệu piano đầy cảm xúc của hai nghệ sĩ trẻ Mai Phương và Minh Hương. Có những khoảnh khắc cả khán phòng lặng đi để lắng nghe, rồi lại vang lên những tràng pháo tay thật dài. 👏

Với Beyond the 88 Keys, những phím đàn không chỉ kể câu chuyện về hành trình âm nhạc của hai nghệ sĩ trẻ, mà còn đánh dấu một cuộc trở về thật đặc biệt. Từ những cựu học viên từng bắt đầu và nuôi dưỡng tình yêu dành cho piano tại Auftdart, Mai Phương và Minh Hương hôm nay trở lại sân khấu với những trải nghiệm mới sau hành trình học tập và phát triển nghệ thuật tại Hoa Kỳ. 🇺🇸

Phía sau từng tác phẩm là nhiều năm rèn luyện, sự nghiêm túc với âm nhạc và tình yêu dành cho cây đàn piano . Nhưng hơn cả một buổi biểu diễn, Beyond the 88 Keys còn được tạo nên từ một mong muốn rất giản dị: để những gì mình yêu thích có thể trở thành một cách kết nối và sẻ chia với cộng đồng.

Với sự đồng hành của quý phụ huynh, khách mời và khán giả, chương trình đã nhận được 42.670.000 VNĐ 🌹 quyên góp dành cho Mái ấm Thiên Phước. Toàn bộ số tiền đã được trao trực tiếp đến đại diện Mái ấm Thiên Phước ngay tại concert, đó là khoảnh khắc đặc biệt khi những giai điệu trên sân khấu được tiếp nối bằng một hành động sẻ chia thật sự.

Auftdart xin gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành đến Mai Phương và Minh Hương, gia đình hai nghệ sĩ, các thầy cô, quý phụ huynh, khách mời và tất cả quý khán giả đã hiện diện và đồng hành cùng chương trình.

An August afternoon at Auftdart came to a close with the heartfelt piano performances of two young pianists, Mai Phuong and Minh Huong. There were moments when the entire auditorium fell silent to listen, followed by long and warm rounds of applause. 👏

With Beyond the 88 Keys, the music told more than the story of two young artists and their musical journeys. It also marked a very special homecoming. Once students who began and nurtured their love for piano at Auftdart, Mai Phuong and Minh Huong returned to the stage with new experiences gained through their studies and artistic development in the United States.

Behind every piece were years of practice, discipline and a deep love for the piano. Yet Beyond the 88 Keys was more than a performance. At its heart was a simple wish: to turn something they love into a way of connecting with others and giving back to the community.

With the generous support of parents, guests and audience members, the concert received VND 42,670,000 🌹 in donations for Thien Phuoc Shelter. The full amount was presented directly to a representative of Thien Phuoc Shelter during the concert — a meaningful moment when the music on stage continued through a genuine act of sharing and kindness.

Auftdart would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mai Phuong and Minh Huong, their families, our teachers, parents, guests and everyone who joined and supported the concert.

Perhaps that is the most beautiful meaning behind the name Beyond the 88 Keys — when music does not end at the piano, but travels beyond the stage and continues to resonate through connection, compassion and generosity. 💚

GIỚI THIỆU HAI NGHỆ SĨ PIANO CỦA “BEYOND THE 88 KEYS”
MAI PHƯƠNG & MINH HƯƠNG

Tại Piano Charity Concert “Beyond the 88 Keys”, Auftdart Academy trân trọng giới thiệu hai nghệ sĩ piano trẻ Mai Phương và Minh Hương, với những hành trình nghệ thuật khác nhau, nhưng cùng gặp nhau ở tình yêu dành cho piano và mong muốn dùng âm nhạc để lan tỏa những giá trị tích cực đến cộng đồng.

Đặc biệt, Mai Phương và Minh Hương đều là những cựu học viên của Auftdart Academy. Từ những năm tháng học tập và nuôi dưỡng tình yêu âm nhạc tại Auftdart, hai bạn đã tiếp tục hành trình của mình tại Hoa Kỳ, theo đuổi môi trường đào tạo âm nhạc chuyên sâu và từng bước xây dựng con đường nghệ thuật riêng.

Pianist Mai Phương

The University of Arizona

Mai Phương hiện là sinh viên chuyên ngành Biểu diễn Piano tại The University of Arizona, Hoa Kỳ. Trước khi tiếp tục hành trình học tập tại Mỹ, Mai Phương từng là học viên của Auftdart Academy, cô đã có những năm tháng rèn luyện, biểu diễn và phát triển nền tảng âm nhạc.

Cô từng biểu diễn độc tấu trong chương trình giáo dục âm nhạc Link Up của Carnegie Hall tại Việt Nam và đạt nhiều thành tích nổi bật:

• First Prize – Ho Chi Minh International Competition
• First Prize – Auftdart Academy Piano Competition
• Finalist – Putra International Competition, Malaysia

Mai Phương được ghi nhận bởi chiều sâu biểu cảm, tư duy âm nhạc tinh tế và sự tận tâm trong từng phần trình diễn.

Chia sẻ về “Beyond the 88 Keys”, Mai Phương nói:

“Đối với em, concert lần này là nơi chúng em gửi gắm rất nhiều tâm huyết. Em tin rằng âm nhạc sẽ trở nên ý nghĩa hơn khi những gì mình yêu thích có thể mang lại những giá trị thiết thực cho cộng đồng.”

Pianist Minh Hương

Interlochen Center for the Arts

Minh Hương hiện đang học tập và phát triển nghệ thuật tại Interlochen Center for the Arts, Hoa Kỳ. Cũng như Mai Phương, Minh Hương từng là học viên của Auftdart Academy trước khi tiếp tục theo đuổi con đường âm nhạc trong môi trường đào tạo quốc tế tại Mỹ.

Với quá trình rèn luyện nghiêm túc, cô đã đạt được nhiều giải thưởng quốc tế:

• Gold Prize – London Young Musicians
• Gold Prize – Nobel-Artist International Music Competition
• Platinum Award – Global Young Musicians Competition
• Platinum Award – Euro Elite International Music Competition
• State Winner – Music Teachers National Association (MTNA)

Với Minh Hương, âm nhạc không chỉ là hành trình khám phá và hoàn thiện bản thân, mà còn là một phương thức để kết nối với những người xung quanh.

“Em tin rằng âm nhạc có sức mạnh kết nối con người bằng tình yêu thương và sự sẻ chia. Em mong đêm concert không chỉ để lại những cảm xúc đẹp, mà còn góp phần mang đến thêm hy vọng và cơ hội cho các em nhỏ có hoàn cảnh khó khăn.”

Từ những học viên từng trưởng thành trong môi trường âm nhạc tại Auftdart đến những nghệ sĩ trẻ đang tiếp tục hành trình học tập tại Hoa Kỳ, Mai Phương và Minh Hương trở lại “Beyond the 88 Keys” với một vai trò thật đặc biệt: mang những gì mình đã học hỏi, trải nghiệm và vun đắp qua nhiều năm để cùng tạo nên một đêm nhạc hướng về cộng đồng.

Một đêm nhạc nơi tài năng nghệ thuật gặp gỡ lòng nhân ái, và từng giai điệu được cất lên với mong muốn tạo nên những giá trị tốt đẹp cho cộng đồng.

MEET THE TWO PIANISTS OF “BEYOND THE 88 KEYS”
MAI PHƯƠNG & MINH HƯƠNG

At the “Beyond the 88 Keys” Piano Charity Concert, Auftdart Academy is delighted to introduce two young pianists, Mai Phương and Minh Hương. Although their musical journeys have taken different paths, they share the same love for the piano and the same wish to use music to bring positive values to the community.

What makes this occasion even more special is that both Mai Phương and Minh Hương are former students of Auftdart Academy. After spending their early years learning, performing, and developing their love for music at Auftdart, they continued their journeys in the United States, where they are now pursuing advanced music education and building their own artistic paths.

Pianist Mai Phương

The University of Arizona

Mai Phương is currently studying Piano Performance at The University of Arizona in the United States. Before continuing her studies in the U.S., she was a student at Auftdart Academy, where she spent years developing her musical foundation through learning, practice, and performance.

She has performed as a soloist in Carnegie Hall’s Link Up music education program in Vietnam and has received several notable achievements:

• First Prize – Ho Chi Minh International Competition
• First Prize – Auftdart Academy Piano Competition
• Finalist – Putra International Competition, Malaysia

Mai Phương is known for her expressive depth, refined musical thinking, and dedication to every performance.

Sharing her thoughts about “Beyond the 88 Keys”, Mai Phương says:

“For me, this concert is something we have put a great deal of heart and effort into. I believe music becomes even more meaningful when something we love can also create real and positive value for the community.”

Pianist Minh Hương

Interlochen Center for the Arts

Minh Hương is currently studying and developing her artistry at Interlochen Center for the Arts in the United States. Like Mai Phương, she was also a student of Auftdart Academy before continuing her musical journey in an international learning environment in the U.S.

Through years of dedicated training, she has received several international awards:

• Gold Prize – London Young Musicians
• Gold Prize – Nobel-Artist International Music Competition

From students who once grew through their musical journey at Auftdart to young pianists continuing their education in the United States, Mai Phương and Minh Hương return for “Beyond the 88 Keys” in a very special role: bringing together everything they have learned, experienced, and developed over the years to create a concert dedicated to the community.

An evening where artistic talent meets compassion, and where every note is played with the hope of creating something meaningful for the community.
