Welcoming the International Delegation from IPHREC and EERC

SEM International Joint Stock Company, including Betma English and SEM VSTEP, had the honor of welcoming an international delegation from two prestigious educational and research organizations: the International Peace Human Rights Education Council (IPHREC) and the Euroasian Educational Research Council (EERC). During the visit, all parties reached a consensus on strategic cooperation objectives for the 2025–2026 period.

The delegation included:

Professor Dr. Santharasekaran Subramaniam – An environmental scientist from Malaysia who was conferred the honorary title of “Dato’” by the King of Malaysia in recognition of his outstanding contributions.
1. Dr. Safikul Islam – A distinguished historian, journalist, and author who has made significant contributions to educational research and communication.
2. Dr. Tarun Pal – Head of International Educational Development and Research, a UNESCO IPL Expert, and a recipient of an award presented by the Prime Minister of India for his notable achievements.
3. Mr. Sayed Asraf Hossen – Founder and Chairman of Madicare General Hospital (A Grade), West Bengal, India.

The meeting marked an important milestone in strengthening international collaboration and fostering future initiatives in education, research, and academic development between the participating organizations.
