💡CHECKLIST | 5 ĐIỀU CẦN CHUẨN BỊ TRƯỚC DEADLINE
Mỗi ý tưởng đều cần sự chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng trước khi sẵn sàng bước vào một cuộc thi, đừng để sai sót nhỏ làm ảnh hưởng đến hành trình của một ý tưởng đầy tiềm năng. Trước khi nhấn Submit, hãy kiểm tra lại 5 yếu tố quan trọng dưới đây:
1. Hoàn thiện proposal
Proposal là tài liệu giúp Ban Tổ chức hiểu rõ về dự án của bạn. Hãy đảm bảo nội dung được trình bày mạch lạc, thể hiện rõ vấn đề mà dự án hướng đến giải quyết, giải pháp đề xuất và giá trị mà dự án có thể mang lại. Một proposal rõ ràng sẽ giúp ý tưởng được truyền tải hiệu quả hơn.
2. Rà soát thông tin đội thi
Kiểm tra lại thông tin của tất cả thành viên, người đại diện, email, số điện thoại và các nội dung đã khai báo trong hồ sơ. Việc đảm bảo thông tin chính xác sẽ giúp quá trình liên hệ và xác nhận từ Ban Tổ chức diễn ra thuận lợi.
3. Kiểm tra các tài liệu đính kèm
Trước khi gửi hồ sơ, hãy mở lại toàn bộ các tệp đã chuẩn bị để chắc chắn rằng chúng đúng phiên bản, đúng định dạng và có thể truy cập bình thường. Đây là bước nhỏ nhưng rất dễ bị bỏ sót khi nộp hồ sơ vào những ngày cuối.
4. Đọc kỹ hướng dẫn và yêu cầu của cuộc thi
Mỗi cuộc thi đều có những quy định và yêu cầu riêng về hồ sơ đăng ký. Dành vài phút xem lại thể lệ, các hạng mục cần chuẩn bị và những lưu ý từ Ban Tổ chức sẽ giúp bạn hạn chế những thiếu sót không đáng có và đảm bảo hồ sơ đáp ứng đầy đủ yêu cầu.
5. Chủ động nộp hồ sơ trước deadline
Thay vì chờ đến những giờ cuối cùng, hãy hoàn tất hồ sơ sớm để có thêm thời gian kiểm tra, chỉnh sửa nếu cần và tránh những rủi ro phát sinh ngoài ý muốn. Một sự chuẩn bị chủ động sẽ luôn mang lại sự tự tin hơn khi bắt đầu hành trình tại SIC.

Every great idea deserves thorough preparation before entering a competition. Don't let small mistakes stand in the way of an idea with great potential. Before you click "Submit," take a moment to review these five essential items:
1. Complete Your Proposal
Your proposal is the primary document that helps the Organizing Committee understand your project. Make sure it clearly presents the problem you aim to solve, your proposed solution, and the value your project can create. A well-structured proposal allows your idea to be communicated more effectively.
2. Review Your Team Information
Double-check the information of all team members, including the team representative, email addresses, phone numbers, and any details provided in your application. Accurate information ensures smooth communication and verification throughout the competition.
3. Verify All Supporting Documents
Before submitting your application, open and review every attached file to ensure you have uploaded the correct version, that the files are in the required format, and that they can be accessed without issues. Although simple, this step is often overlooked, especially as the deadline approaches.
4. Read the Competition Guidelines Carefully
Every competition has its own submission requirements and regulations. Take a few minutes to review the guidelines, required documents, and important notes from the Organizing Committee to ensure your application is complete and meets all requirements.
5. Submit Your Application Before the Deadline
Rather than waiting until the last minute, submit your application early. This gives you extra time to review your materials, make any necessary revisions, and avoid unexpected technical issues. Being proactive is the best way to start your SIC journey with confidence.
