NetSpace has a deep passion for Vietnamese cuisine and a desire to bring traditional Vietnamese cuisine to the next generation. We are training students who want to be the chefs of the future. Beside that, we love to share the culture of Vietnamese cuisine to the people around the world through their experiences gained in our cooking classes. Here you can learn healthy cooking and experience the tastes and textures of Vietnamese cuisine. Facilities: Classrooms are air-conditioned and designed so that every participant can view the demonstration area. Overhead projectors and stadium style seating makes our classroom cooking and preparation presentations comfortable and professional for all of participants. Lecturers: You will be guided by lecturers who possess a minimum of 10 years experience in this specialized area of culinary delights. They are enthusiastic about food and sharing of their knowledge with the participants. Menus: The menus are designed comprising of famous traditional Vietnamese dishes. You can select a dish you may prefer even if it is not on the predesigned menu lists. Let us know your preference. Courses: The courses are completely hands-on. While the technical content is purposefully presented, the whole process is meant to be entertaining and in a word “fun”. You learn by preparing food hand in hand with our experienced teachers with an emphasis on the art of fine Vietnam cooking in a relaxed social environment.

Netspace – Giving wings to poor children’s dreams in Can Tho
On 26th May 2016, Netspace School of Culinary Arts cooperated with Wilmar CLV Group to interview and recruit poor children with difficult circumstances. This interview was in a series of activities of “Cooperation with Wilmar CLV” Programme to create conditions for them to be carried out their passion with “Making – Cake” job.
The programme was held in Can Tho Branch of Netspace School of Culinary Arts with the presence of Ms Kim Ngan – Director of Foreign Relations Department in Netspace School; Ms Mong Thuy – Executive of brand development of Wilmar and poor children in Can Tho City.
“Cooperation with Wilmar CLV” Programme will be a bridge for them so that they can implement their dreams with “Making – Cake” job in the near future.

Mr Hung - He used to be chef of Lion Restaurant ( Bong Sen center). He guided learners 4 dishes such as: roasted crab with tamarind, roasted shrimp with salt, roasted chicken with lemon leaf, grilled and grounded heart and kidney with garlic...

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Y ( Principal of Netspace Culinary Arts School) teached how to cook "Crab noodle soup" ( Bánh canh cua).

Chef Mr. Nguyen Quoc Y – Principal of Netspace Culinary Arts School guided to cook Vietnamese beef noodle soup in the short time. Pressure-cooker was used and cooked sensibly, so the soup was so limpid, sweet and aromatic.
However, if you like taste of traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup which is simmered bones beef in the long time, the secret will not suitable for you. Also if you love Vietnamese beef noodle soup, but you don’t have enough time cook it, you can try the recipe of Mr. Y.
Ingredients:
- Bones beef: 2kg
- Steak, flank, tendon beef: 2kg
- Tenderloin steak: freely
- Cinnamon: 20g, anise: 50g, clove: 8 stalks, cardamom: 60 gr, mandarin peel: 60 gr, ginger: 100 gr, shallot: 100 gr, coriander: 50 gr;
- Condiments: sugar: 160 gr, MSG: 80 gr, seasoning: 80 gr, salt: 75 gr,
Methods:
- Stew bones and 2kg Steak, flank, tendon beef in the pressure-cooker for about 35 minutes. Don’t need to remove scum.
- Filter soup.
- Slice paper-thin steak, layer pieces of beef in bowl. Besides dip pieces of beef in hot soup.
- Boil soup and season 8 condiments. Simmer soup for 15 minutes.
- Season, try to taste again.
- Sprinkle cilantros, green onions and pepper.
- Use with hoisin sauce, chili sauce, cinnamon, cilantros and beansprouts.

From May 4th to May 5th, 2016, the Ministry of agriculture forestry and fisheries (MAFF) in Japan held a workshop at Netspace Culinary Arts School. The workshop which attracted 60 students of Netspace with topic: “ Taste of Japan”. It was active in the culinary exchanges of Japanese cuisine at Ho Chi Minh city, promoted ingredients, Japanese foods and Japan culinary in Vietnam and introduced cultural cuisine in four season of Japan.
The participants were invited and learned how to make the Japanese foods by Chef KIMIO NONAGA. This was the chef who served for the Japanese Emperor. And he was selected one of five best Japanese chefs. At the workshop, he cooked and decorated the foods from Japan.

Hochiminh Television (HTV) channel broadcasted about work-fairs of students at Netspace Culinary Arts School

On April 28th, 2016, Netspace Culinary Arts School held the discussion session with Italian expert chef – Do Huu Dat. He has had many experiences, trained and worked at Italian restaurants. The session was combined with two brands such as – chili sauce Tabasco and spaghetti Barilla of An Nam food company. The participants were 60 students of Netspace school.
With three dishes – beef Spaghetti, seafood Spaghetti, bacon Spaghetti, chef Do Huu Dat introduced the students about the process of working. In addition, the students also were divided into group practice and cook Spaghetti.
