๐Ÿ‘Ÿ The final session of the Digital Marketing Client Showcase โ€“ Semester 1, 2026 challenged students from the Marketing Intelligence course to tackle a real-world challenge from Rabity Viet Nam: enhancing brand awareness for its baby footwear products in an increasingly competitive market.

The client was impressed by the studentsโ€™ professionalism, strong understanding of target parents, and ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and creative campaign ideas.

โ™ฅ๏ธA huge thank you to the Branch Director, Creative Director, and Marketing Leader from Rabity for supporting and inspiring our students throughout this experience. ๐Ÿ’กBuilding strategic thinking through the Beiersdorf Challenge

This session marked the second time Beiersdorf has collaborated with our Digital Marketing students at the Digital Marketing Client Showcase!

Students from the Digital Marketing Strategies and Planning course took on a real-world challenge from Beiersdorf โ€“ Eucerin, developing strategic marketing plans for the Hyaluron-Filler Epicelline Serum. After months of research, planning, and creative thinking, seven finalist teams pitched their ideas directly to industry professionals.

โ™ฅ๏ธWe were pleased to welcome representatives from Beiersdorf across talent, commercial, brand, media, digital, and country management functions. We would especially like to acknowledge Dr Daranee Delorme, Country Manager of Beiersdorf, who has consistently attended every student presentation session and shown generous encouragement for our studentsโ€™ development.

โ™ฅ๏ธA huge congratulations to all the students who made it to the final stage and won the clientsโ€™ hearts. A huge thank you to RMIT Career, Alumni and Industry Relations for supporting our guests, and to everyone who helped make the session a success.

We are honoured to welcome Professor Xiao-Ping Chen from the University of Washington as a keynote speaker at the AAOM Conference 2026.

โœจProfessor Chen is the Philip M. Condit Endowed Chair and Professor of Management at the Michael G. Foster School of Business, University of Washington. An internationally recognised scholar, she is an elected Fellow of the Academy of Management (AOM), American Psychological Association (APA), and Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology (SIOP), and is listed among the worldโ€™s top 2% most cited scientists.

โœจAt AAOM 2026, Professor Chen will deliver the keynote address titled: โ€œThe Evolution of Research on Chinese Guanxi from Cronyism to Anti-Cronyismโ€, offering valuable insights into the changing dynamics of guanxi research and its implications for management and organisations in Asia.

๐Ÿ’ก Bold student solutions for Vulcan Labs

The second session of the Digital Marketing Client Showcase โ€“ Semester 1, 2026 challenged students from the Contemporary Issues in Digital Marketing course to develop creative and practical solutions for Vulcan Labs โ€” a young and fast-growing company in Software Architecture & Development Consulting.

After 12 weeks of combining human creativity, artificial intelligence, research, and teamwork, students transformed their ideas into meaningful propositions and showcased how their solutions could help the client move forward. The client was especially impressed by how students tackled complex challenges and developed strategic ideas for entering highly competitive international markets, like Japan and Korea.

โ™ฅ๏ธ Huge thanks to the representatives from Vulcan Labs for supporting and inspiring our students throughout the showcase, and to everyone involved in making the session such an exciting success!

The Business School at RMIT Vietnam is proud to host the 14th Asia Academy of Management (AAOM) Main Conference, jointly held with the 2026 Taiwan Academy of Management (TAOM), in the dynamic city of Ho Chi Minh City.

Bringing together academics, researchers and industry practitioners from across Asia and beyond, the conference will explore the theme: โ€œInnovation, Digital Transformation, and the Future of Management.โ€ The event will provide an inclusive platform for meaningful discussions on how organisations and institutions are responding to and shaping rapid technological change, innovation, and institutional transformation.

๐ŸŒฟ Nature Foods was here! At the Digital Marketing Client Showcase, challenging students to solve real marketing problems!

The Digital Marketing Client Showcase โ€“ Semester 1, 2026 gave students from the Digital Content Creation course the opportunity to pitch real campaign ideas for Nature Foods (NFC), and they absolutely delivered! From interactive comedy skits to catchy commercial jingles, song and dance performances, students took their pitching to the next level!

The energy and professionalism of the session left a strong impression on the client team, who shared that the studentsโ€™ performance truly exceeded their expectations, especially considering that the students were only in their second year.

๐Ÿ‘ A special shoutout to the two finalist teams from Hanoi who flew to Saigon to join the pitching session in person. Your passion and commitment truly stood out!
