Challenger Safety: the freedom to push back and to push each other further.

Last week: Learner Safety - the freedom to say "I don't get this yet."

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘆 "𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝘁."

It is uncomfortable. Uncertain. Sometimes frustrating.

But it is 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀.
