✨ Under the warm April sun, our Cultural Trip unfolded as a vibrant journey of connection, discovery, and shared experiences. More than just a day out, it was a chance for our international students to step into Vietnamese culture — not as visitors, but as participants.

From rocking the Áo dài look to flipping bánh xèo like pros, and diving into traditional games that quickly turned into playful competition, every moment brought people closer together. 🤝We slowed things down with coconut leaf crafting — where simple creations carried stories, and conversations flowed just as naturally as the hands at work. 💬

💛 Through every activity, what stood out most was the connection — between cultures, between people, and between moments that quietly turned into lasting memories.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made this experience so special. We hope you left with not just photos, but meaningful memories and a deeper love for Vietnamese culture!

Stress as a friend? Why not! 😍

It was an incredible morning at the Hanoi campus as RMIT student leaders gathered to transform how we perceive pressure. Instead of just managing stress, we explored how it can be a useful signal – something we can understand, embrace, and even turn into motivation for growth in our daily lives.

🧪The session kicked off with an unexpected twist. Through our “𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧” experiment, the abstract concept of stress was brought to life before our eyes.

💬Beyond the science, there was a meaningful moment of reflection during our "Message from the YOUniverse" session. Participants had the chance to craft and bring home their own jars filled with mindful notes – a small but powerful reminder of how to pause, reset, and respond to stress with greater awareness instead of letting it build up 🫶.

A huge thank you to every participant who brought their curiosity, openness, and vibrant energy to the room.
