My motivations include: people, their human development and personal unification; creativity, through team work and arts; challenges, by acquiring new knowledge, skills and attitudes. Over nine years, I had the opportunity to face new challenges such as intellectual, creativity and coaching through technical and functional project management, human resources and my extra-professional commitments. I now continue my involvement in these three axes along two different paths: teaching (French as a Foreign Language and sciences) and composition.
