📢 What documents do you need to prepare to register for the FID 2026 competition?
Don’t let minor omissions affect your opportunity! Please check and prepare all required competition documents according to the list below so that the registration process can be completed quickly and smoothly.
📑 Please remember to prepare all of the following documents:
(1) 01 Competition Registration Form (Form 1) including the following information:
- Full name of the contestant (the first person on the list is the team leader);
- Name of the contestant’s organization/university;
- Contact address;
- Contact phone number;
- Contact email;
- Title of the competition entry/project;
- Competition category;
- Problem statement code (applicable to Category 3);
- Declaration by the contestant confirming that the information provided in the application is truthful and accurate.
(2) 01 Project Introduction (Form 2) including the following contents:
- Problem Statement: Explain the novelty and creativity of the competition entry/project, and provide a brief yet complete and clear description of the entire content of the competition entry/project. In particular, clearly indicate how the project has addressed limitations or introduced improvements compared with previously published entries/projects, or whether it is an entirely new entry/project;
- Project Feasibility: Demonstrate feasibility through an analysis of the availability of raw materials, technological processes and equipment, technical solutions for implementing the entry/project, as well as the potential for scaling up and transferring the entry/project;
- Expected Economic Benefits of the Project: Briefly describe the direct benefits expected to be obtained when the entry/project is applied in practice;
- Expected Technical Benefits of the Project: Demonstrate the benefits through new technical indicators/specifications or improvements over previously known technologies;
- Expected Social Benefits of the Project: Demonstrate the socio-economic values that the project may bring when implemented, such as improving living standards, enhancing public knowledge, protecting health, improving working conditions, ensuring occupational safety, protecting the environment, creating additional employment opportunities, etc.
⏰ The deadline for submission is August 14, 2026. Please complete your competition entry and submit it to the Organizing Committee on time to seize the opportunity to showcase your ideas, demonstrate your capabilities, and create new milestones at FID 2026. We look forward to receiving your competition entries!
