Kids Club Saigon

Our Kinder Kids embarked on an artistic journey with the surrealist master Salvador Dali! 🎨 They learned about his life in Spain, his unique style, and his iconic masterpiece “The Persistence of Memory.” Inspired by Dali's melting clocks, our budding artists created their own ceramic timepieces! ⏱️ They carefully sculpted their clocks from clay, painted them, and carefully drew hands to show their favorite time of day.

This engaging project integrated art, social studies, math (learning to tell time!), and language arts. Our students were so proud of their "Dali-inspired" clocks. Zoom in to read why they chose the time of day shown on their clocks! 💫

Our preschoolers love exploring the world around them!✨As part of our about communities, we’ve been out & about meeting people who work in our neighborhood!
🍕The children visited a local pizzeria where they learned about different jobs in the restaurant, from the cashier taking orders to the cooks making delicious pizzas. They even got to make their own mini-pizzas to enjoy at home! Thank you .vietnam ✨
🌳 On another day, we took a walk around our neighborhood to discover the people who help us every day. From security guards to street sweepers , the children learned about the important roles these community workers play. To show their appreciation, they baked yummy treats at school and delivered them with a big “Thank You!” 💕
These experiences have been invaluable for our preschoolers. They’re developing a deeper understanding of their community and the people who make it thrive 💫

A World of Wonder! 🌎✨
Last Friday, our kindergarteners took us on a joyful journey around the world to share their learning about geography, cultures, and communities. From delicious international treats to passport stamps and cultural displays, it was a truly memorable experience that showcased the diversity and richness of our school community.

This beautiful event was capped off by a heartwarming performance of "What a Wonderful World.” Parents and teachers felt so proud to see the children sing and dance to this meaningful song, waving colorful flags from countries near and far 🇦🇿🇧🇪🇦🇽🇧🇷🇧🇫🇨🇻🇨🇱🇨🇮🇨🇺🇪🇷🇪🇹🇫🇷🇬🇱🇭🇰🇯🇲

We are so grateful to all the families and staff members who contributed to this amazing event! Together, we celebrated the beauty of diversity and the power of community, while enjoying good food and kicking off the festive holiday season! 💫

Many thanks to all the wonderful families of Tiny Tots and Little Learners who joined our Family Culture Celebration on December 13th 🌏🩷🎉 We thank you for contributing lovely paper dolls and delicious foods representing your home countries. It was a beautiful celebration of community and culture! We are so grateful to share these sweet memories with our incredible KCS families ✨

This event was a culmination of our “Understanding Others.” Key concepts explored in this unit: Families are alike, and families are different. Friends can like the same things and do the same things, but friends can also disagree and have different ways of thinking and doing. We are learning how to be ourselves while being part of a community. These are big lessons to learn! Our little ones amaze us with their growing understanding of the world around them and their capacity for love and kindness towards others 💕💫🫶🏽

Early Explorers hosted “Family Culture Day” on December 12th 🌏💫🎉 What a beautiful celebration of community and cultures to wrap up our Unit of Inquiry: “Understanding Others” 🫶🏽💕🥰 Many thanks to our incredible teachers, children, and parents for bringing their whole hearts and joyful spirit to this meaningful event 🩷 We are grateful for these opportunities to gather as a community and make lasting memories together! 🕊️

Many thanks to everyone who took part in our Crafty Christmas family workshop over the weekend! What a sweet & joyful way to kick off the holiday season🎄🎅🏼💫💕 Parents and children created handmade keepsakes—ornaments, decorations, cards, and candy houses—to bring warmth and holiday cheer to their homes…while bonding and making memories as a family. No wonder this event is one of our favorite holiday traditions! 🥰

What a fun & festive morning of holiday crafting! 🎉 Our little elves had a blast decorating colorful & delicious candy houses, and *possibly* sneaking a few sweets into their mouths, for “quality assurance” hehe 😋 Many thanks to all the families who joined us on Saturday for ! We hope the holiday season is off to a joyful start for everyone!🎄🎅🏼💫

Our “Casa” campus is a second home for our little ones, a place to spend joyful days with friends and teachers, learning through play and social connections 💫🌻🌈 This location, which opened in 2022, now serves children who were born in the same year 🥰 In the past two years, Casa has become a peaceful, light-filled haven for our youngest learners and their amazing teachers, truly a home away from home and a place where children come first 🩷
