I am honored to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Dr. S. Jaishankar, Vice Chancellor of Nalanda University, and to more than 600 outstanding graduates from 31 nations on the occasion of the 2nd Convocation Ceremony held on March 31, 2026, in Rajgir. I also respectfully acknowledge the gracious presence and inspiring address of Her Excellency Droupadi Murmu, which has greatly elevated the significance of this important academic event.

Nalanda, a timeless symbol of India’s intellectual heritage and cultural grandeur, continues to illuminate the path of global education. It reminds us that in today’s rapidly transforming world, technology and tradition—vikas bhi, virasat bhi—must advance hand in hand, fostering wisdom, dialogue, and sustainable development for humanity.

To all graduates, as you embark on your new journey, may the knowledge and values you have cultivated at Nalanda guide you to serve society with insight, integrity, and compassion. Once again, my sincere congratulations to the VC, the faculty, and all graduates on this remarkable achievement.
