Some of the most impactful learning opportunities happen when students work alongside one another.
Whether solving a problem, preparing for a performance, designing a project, or simply sharing ideas, collaboration helps students learn how to listen, contribute, and support those around them.
These experiences help build skills that extend far beyond the classroom while strengthening the sense of community that makes SSIS special.

There is something special about watching students discover a new passion.
Sometimes it begins with a single opportunity. A student joins a club, signs up for a performance, tries a sport for the first time, or volunteers for a leadership role.
What starts as curiosity often grows into confidence, friendships, and a sense of purpose.

Our Elementary Dance ASA wrapped up the term with a final showcase. Wearing the special-made performance outfits the students were ready to show what they’ve learned.
Moving through routines they had spent weeks learning together, you can see how proud they were to show their families what they have learned.
That's the heart of the ASA program. Time to try new things, get better at them, and share your new skills with the people who matter.

The Middle School Dance Showcase was an opportunity for students to step into the spotlight and share what they have been working on throughout the year.
Through dance, students develop confidence, creativity, and collaboration; skills that were on full display throughout the evening.
We are proud of every performer who took the stage and made the night such a success.

Our Grade 5 students have come such a long way! It has been a joy to watch them grow as young artists throughout elementary school.
Over the past six months, they explored all kinds of techniques pouring real heart into every piece. The results were shared at the Capstone Exhibition, beautifully showcased in the exhibition space in Upper Elementary.
The young artists even made time to create and trade handmade artist cards!
Next year, they head off to Middle School. We were so proud to celebrate what they’ve accomplished, and the wonderful people they’ve become!

This incredible year of bridging the gap between school and home wouldn’t have been possible without our PTA and volunteers. We are so grateful for your dedication across so many events, both on and off campus, that made this year truly unforgettable.
Sharing a meal together to celebrate the year was very special, thank you for coming!
We ask you to join us in welcoming our incoming PTA President for next year, Tiffany, we know you are going to do great things.

For one evening, our Middle School Band transported the audience across mountains, into the night sky, through Korean folk traditions, and alongside dragons in flight.
From the dramatic energy of Escape from Thunder Mountain to the soaring sounds of Skygazer Fanfare, the rich cultural textures of Korean Folk Rhapsody, and selections from How to Train Your Dragon, students brought each piece to life.
Bravo to our Middle School Band on a memorable end-of-year concert.
