Sau khi Optimist và Risk-taker lần lượt đưa ra những đề xuất táo bạo, cả nhóm bắt đầu nhận ra rằng: để một ý tưởng thành công, không chỉ cần sự nhanh nhạy mà còn cần những góc nhìn điềm tĩnh hơn. Lúc này, Observer và Adaptive Navigator bắt đầu lên tiếng, theo một cách rất riêng của mình.

👀 Observer, một người “thuần” Logic. Họ thường chọn lùi lại để quan sát và tổng hợp thông tin trước khi hành động. Observer sẽ cân nhắc chi phí nguyên liệu, khả năng giao hàng và lượng khách hàng tiềm năng, từ đó đề xuất thử nghiệm ở quy mô nhỏ trước khi mở rộng, nhằm hạn chế rủi ro không cần thiết. Observer không ngại bỏ lỡ cơ hội nếu chưa thực sự chắc chắn.

🌊 Ngược lại, Adaptive Navigator lại thể hiện sự linh hoạt khi liên tục theo dõi xu hướng và phản ứng của khách hàng xung quanh. After Optimist and Risk-taker shared their bold ideas, the group began to realize that for an idea to succeed, it takes more than quick action, it also needs calm and thoughtful perspectives. At that moment, Observer and Adaptive Navigator started to speak up, each in their own unique way.

👀 Observer, a truly logic-driven thinker. They prefer to step back, observe, and gather information before taking action. Observer carefully considers ingredient costs, delivery plans, and potential customers, then suggests testing on a small scale before expanding to reduce unnecessary risks. Missing an opportunity doesn’t worry them if things are not yet certain.

🌊 In contrast, Adaptive Navigator shows flexibility by constantly following trends and observing customer reactions. They are quick to notice students’ preferences and how other shops promote their products, then adjust menus or strategies to better fit the situation. Their adaptability helps them keep up with trends, but sometimes it may also turn them into a “shadow” of those trends.

Nhưng càng bàn luận, sự khác biệt giữa các nét tính cách dần xuất hiện: Optimist muốn biến ý tưởng thành hiện thực ngay lập tức còn Risk-taker lại muốn tận dụng nguồn lực để đầu tư.

🔎 Trong tình huống đó, hai nhân vật luôn chủ động “dẫn đầu xu hướng” đã thể hiện mạnh mẽ quan điểm của mình. Với Optimist, câu trả lời là: “Làm thôi!” - bạn muốn khởi động ngay để xem phản ứng thị trường. Với bạn, chỉ cần bắt đầu, nhóm sẽ dần cải thiện và phát triển. Ngược lại, Risk-taker không chỉ muốn làm mà còn sẵn sàng “đẩy mạnh” ngay từ đầu với những đề xuất táo bạo như: mở pre-order số lượng lớn, chụp ảnh sản phẩm chuyên nghiệp,.. Bạn luôn sẵn sàng chấp nhận rủi ro để tối đa hóa cơ hội thu hút khách hàng.

Tuy nhiên, để hai góc nhìn này thực sự bổ trợ cho nhau, Optimist cần chậm lại để cân nhắc ý kiến về chi phí và rủi ro, còn Risk-taker nên điều chỉnh quy mô theo nguồn lực thực tế để tránh đặt ra quy mô vượt quá khả năng của nhóm. Khi kết hợp được sự nhanh nhạy với tính toán hợp lý, nhóm có thể vừa có một startup nổi bật, vừa đảm bảo tính khả thi và định hướng rõ ràng cho dự án.

🥇 Over the course of three years participating in the competition, PTNK has officially earned its first National Champion title at the Vietnam SEIA Nationals this season: congratulations to team PTNK 1 - Nguyễn Lam Giang and Hoàng Gia Đăng, on this incredibly impressive achievement!

💪 Out of 111 teams from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, PTNK 1 outstandingly secured the title of Top 1 Overall - National Champion with an impressive presentation in front of hundreds of other teams, while also achieving Top 1 for Finance! This is not only a proud milestone for the two, but also a remarkable accomplishment that continues PTNK SEIA’s journey of hard work and reaffirms its capability in a nationwide academic competition.

🎖️Xuyên suốt Spring Competition, PTNK SEIA đã có những khoảnh khắc sôi nổi và tràn đầy năng lượng. Sự đồng hành và định hướng từ các Advisor đã tiếp thêm động lực để các thành viên tự tin giải các case study với lĩnh vực về Finance và Hospitality & Tourism. Quan trọng hơn cả, những nỗ lực bền bỉ và tinh thần không ngừng cố gắng của PTNK SEIA chính là giá trị lớn nhất được thể hiện xuyên suốt cuộc thi.

🏆Và như thường lệ, PTNK SEIA tiếp tục đạt được kết quả đáng ghi nhận khi giữ vững vị trí cao trong bảng xếp hạng là Chapter 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟮 trong tổng số 10 Chapter tham gia.

🥳 Ngoài ra, hai đội PTNK-8 và PTNK-6 cũng đã thể hiện phong độ ấn tượng khi lần lượt đạt được vị trí 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟴 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗟 và 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟭𝟬 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗟 cho danh mục các đội có điểm trung bình cao nhất.

🎆 Ở từng case study, các đội cũng lập được thành tích đáng nể khi đội PTNK-5 đứng 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟭𝟬 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗔 và đội PTNK-8 đứng 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟳 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗕.

🎖️Throughout the Spring Competition, PTNK SEIA experienced lively and energetic moments. The guidance and support from the Advisors helped members work with confidence on case studies related to Finance and Hospitality & Tourism. Most importantly, the consistent effort and strong determination of PTNK SEIA were clearly shown throughout the competition.

🏆As usual, PTNK SEIA achieved strong results by ranking Chapter 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟮 out of 10 participating chapters.

🥳 In addition, two teams, PTNK-8 and PTNK-6, achieved 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟴 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗟 and 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟭𝟬 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗟 respectively among teams with the highest average scores.

🎆 In the case studies, the teams also performed well, with PTNK-5 ranking 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟭𝟬 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗔 and PTNK-8 ranking 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟳 in 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗕.
