Key Responsibilities
• Perform structural and thermal analysis (FEA) of rocket airframe, motor casing, and payload structures
• Conduct CFD simulations of internal propulsion flowfields and external aerodynamics
• Develop aero-thermal-structural coupled models
• Support trajectory modeling and flight dynamics simulation
• Correlate analytical models with test data and refine predictive tools
• Collaborate with propulsion, structures, avionics, and systems engineering teams

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Strong background in FEA and/or CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN, Fluent, OpenFOAM, or equivalent)
• Experience with high-speed aerospace systems preferred
• Knowledge of dynamic loads, structural dynamics, and thermal environments
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar engineering computing tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
