It took me a while to find the courage to share this. I love this photo, but I hesitated to post it for obvious reasons. But then I stopped and asked myself... why?

​We all come into this world exactly like this. Somewhere along the way, society taught us to feel ashamed of showing our own skin. I am incredibly proud of the body I’ve built. This isn’t about vanity; it’s a physical reflection of the discipline, hard work, and deep care I have for my health.

​People are going to judge no matter what you do. But the next time you find yourself judging someone simply for being themselves, pause and ask: Is their freedom and authenticity triggering one of my own insecurities?

The truth is, when we embrace that everyone is different, we judge less, accept more, and live much happier lives.

Officially certified Open Water Scuba Diver 🤿

This has been on my list for a long time, and I’m grateful I finally made it happen. The learning process, spending hours in the ocean, and the calm that comes from being underwater made every moment worth it.

What excites me most is knowing this is just the beginning. There’s so much more to learn, deeper and new dives to experience, and more certifications to work toward. My world is about to get bigger.

Special shoutout to my wifey for having the courage to do this with me. Looking forward to many more dives together 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

Happy 3rd Wedding Anniversary, my love.

You already know I never really believed in marriage. I used to think that marrying someone meant giving away your freedom, and that thought scared me.

But shaping our relationship the way we wanted it to be made me realize that marriage is truly about acceptance, communication, and experience.

Accepting each other as we are, with all the good and the bad. Not setting expectations of how you’d like the other person to be, but instead growing and becoming better, together.

It’s about communicating our needs and desires, and experiencing as many things as we can to find what works for us, not just following the idea of “how marriages should be.”

I can honestly say that marrying you has been one of the best decisions of my life. I never thought I could be this happy being married, and I’m proud to say our marriage has far exceeded my expectations.

I love you, and I am looking forward spending the rest of my life with you (because let’s be honest, chances are I’ll leave this earth before you 😉).
