How was the odd?

Rarely see a big bladder stone from young female cat (my first time).
The sutures removed is from 4 weeks ago spay surgery by a different doctor.
Patient is living in a garden, feeding by an elderly woman, sleeping in her house. That why the inflammation from spay surgery site was catch so lately and no one have noted about patient's bladder.
The cat was brought to us by an individual foster, who declined the advice for a full blood work and ultrasound due to financial restriction, so we decided to observe her for 3 days and saw the bloody urine just in time.
Patient is eating, drinking, groomming well now but still at our place while the foster trying to get her adopted properly, cause we also found that patient can't see at night time. Lost of vision is on and off, so Dr think it may be Vitamin A or B12 deficiency.

Lâu lâu ghé vô mấy hội, nhóm yêu chó mèo trên Facebook, thấy 1 số bài hỏi về trị tiêu chảy.
Thấy mọi người lạm dụng thuốc kháng sinh và men tiêu hóa rất nhiều.
Nguyên nhân gây tiêu chảy thì có 1 đống, để trị hết thì cần xác định đúng hoặc gần đúng nguyên nhân.
Không biết những bạn comment có kinh nghiệm hay đọc tài liệu ra sao, nhưng cứ 2 món đó mà tư vấn tới tấp.
Chỉ khổ con chó hay con mèo bị lờn thuốc hoặc không qua khỏi vì biến chứng.
