📚 [RECAP] Seminar "Công bố học thuật trong nghiên cứu pháp luật nữ quyền" trong khuôn khổ ICFGL 2026 ✍️
Chiều ngày 17/09/2026, seminar "Publishing in Legal Scholarship: A Feminist Jurisprudence Case Study/ Công bố học thuật trong nghiên cứu pháp luật nữ quyền" đã diễn ra thành công tốt đẹp tại Hội trường A.114, Trường Đại học Kinh tế - Luật, ĐHQG-HCM.
Đặc biệt, phần hướng dẫn của Giáo sư Rosemary Hunter với bài trình bày "Research and Publishing in Feminist Legal Studies: From Research Design to Peer Review/ Nghiên cứu và công bố học thuật trong nghiên cứu pháp luật nữ quyền: Từ thiết kế nghiên cứu đến phản biện khoa học" và Tiến sĩ Claerwen O'Hara với bài trình bày "Academic Publishing in Feminist Legal Studies: Editorial Standards & Expectations/ Công bố học thuật trong nghiên cứu pháp luật nữ quyền: Chuẩn mực và kỳ vọng biên tập" đã mang đến góc nhìn toàn diện về tình hình hiện tại, những thuận lợi cũng như rào cản trong xuất bản học thuật thuộc nghiên cứu Pháp luật Nữ quyền. Phần thảo luận diễn ra sôi nổi, phản ánh sự quan tâm sâu sắc của các diễn giả với mục tiêu công bố trên các tạp chí học thuật uy tín trong ngành.
Ban tổ chức hy vọng những kinh nghiệm và kiến thức quý báu từ hai diễn giả sẽ trang bị thêm công cụ hữu ích, giúp các nhà nghiên cứu tiếp tục phát triển sự nghiệp học thuật xa hơn trong lý thuyết pháp luật nữ quyền.

On the afternoon of September 17, 2026, the seminar on academic publishing in feminist legal studies was successfully held at the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (UEL).
In particular, the guidance shared by Prof. Rosemary Hunter in the presentation title "Research and Publishing in Feminist Legal Studies: From Research Design to Peer Review" and Dr. Claerwen O'Hara in the presentation titled "Academic Publishing in Feminist Legal Studies: Editorial Standards & Expectations" offered a comprehensive perspective on the current landscape, opportunities, and challenges of publishing in the field of Feminist Legal Studies. The lively discussion that followed reflected the speakers' deep engagement with the goal of publishing in leading academic journals in the field.
The organizing committee hopes that the valuable experience and knowledge shared by both speakers will equip researchers with useful tools to further advance their academic careers in feminist legal theory.
