WHAT IS THE TRAINING PROCESS LIKE TO BECOME AN OFFICIAL PILOT?
π« π« To make it easier for you to imagine the process of becoming a Thai Inter Flying pilot, in this article we will share practical experiences gathered from the students.
First, you have to go through the application round to register for the pilot course by submitting your application, taking a health check, and waiting for the results of a rigorous review that not everyone can meet.
In addition to the basic standards of height, weight, health, and foreign language proficiency, incoming students must pass 3 rounds of entrance exams: English, skills, and the ADAPT test (vocational adaptability aptitude test). . The ADAPT exam round is analyzed and sent back from the UK, with a failure rate of up to 40-50%.
οΈπ― After passing 3 tough entrance exams, each student will continue to enter 2 basic training stages:
1οΈβ£ Phase 1: 6 months of training with 12 theoretical subjects, 281 hours of study, 30 hours of exam, 3 hours of SIM flight (simulated cockpit) with European standard program.
2οΈβ£ Phase 2: Students will choose the Flight Training School at Phitsanulok Airport, Thailand. At this stage, the most important part is Flight Crew Coordination training - a bridging training course that brings students closer to the operating environment of airlines.
π° After basic training, pilots will be put into conversion training, learning to fly different types of aircraft suitable to the needs of each airline.
π° A pilot's license is only valid for 5 years, each year must pass 8 tests, and the pilot is not allowed to fail any time, because if he fails, he will no longer be able to continue working as a pilot. .
π° Every year, pilots must undergo periodic health checks (pilots over 40 years old must check twice a year), undergo periodic training (on SIM) twice a year, and take a practical flight test once a year. , 4 tests on safety equipment, security, English test and other types of tests (new flight methods, new equipment) this test is repeated every year.
π° To participate in the training course to become a pilot, you need to spend quite a bit of money on graduate school in Thailand for 12-14 months, not including the time for flight training to change type. But the income after graduation, the income of a pilot, is also extremely worthy of what you have spent.
ππ The path to becoming a pilot is not easy, but if you have always cherished a "dream of flying", don't be afraid to challenge it!
οΈπ Currently, Thai Inter Flying is opening many pilot courses with extremely preferential tuition fees. Contact π‘π¨ππ₯π’π§π now 0767668497 for quick advice!!
