# Flashbackkkk to our Meeting 366: “Spill the beans” from last month ❤️💕♥️

We witnessed an amazing meeting, thanks to our amazing speakers.
🎤 **Prepared Speeches**
- **TM. Hong** – She delivered an amazing speech, taking us back to the moment she made the risky decision to switch her major just months before the university entrance exam. Despite a difficult journey of consistent study, sleepless nights, and fatigue, she maintained her motivation and successfully got into her dream school.

- **TM. Khai** – He shared a story about how he discovered the real reason behind his reluctance to take part in social events. A simple 50,000 VND moment awakened him, revealing a deeper cause of his reluctance before any travel trip that took him years to fully realize.

- **TM. Minh Chau** – It was one of the most touching speeches on the HST stage. TM Minh Chau bared her soul, sharing her deepest fears, struggles, and the sense of losing direction after achieving her goals. Yet despite it all, she chose to keep moving forward — if life doesn’t show you the way, you create your own.

TM Thai - Travel Far, Return Within
With the holiday approaching, TM Thai reflected on the true purpose of a vacation. Despite many trips, he was never truly able to unwind. Years later, he realized the issue wasn’t the destination, but his mindset. Only by untangling his inner struggles could he find real rest.
“Travel is just a change of destination—but what I really need is a change in mindset.”
Sometimes, we travel far just to find ourselves.

TM Chana - You have a friend in me
Her greatest mentor turned out to be her own son.
After a family trip, he refused to attend his dance class despite his enthusiasm. By listening closely, she discovered he feared being judged after missing lessons. Instead of forcing him, TM Chana supported him by practicing together and getting lesson videos.
Her takeaway: the problem isn’t always what it seems—listen deeply, find the root cause, and support builds connection

TM Tuyet - How AI shape my decision
TM Tuyet introduced how AI has improved her life by offering useful advice—from her son’s medication to redecorating her home.
In today’s world, AI is truly a game changer. We can’t possibly have expertise in every field, but tools like ChatGPT can act as personal assistants, helping us make informed decisions and minimize risks.

TM Johnny - Me and my passion
TM Johnny delivered an inspiring speech about his journey to becoming an English teacher. It all began when colleagues asked him to teach them English at a minimal fee—and he agreed.
Encouraged by their positive feedback, he eventually made the bold decision to shift his career. With his strong English skills and natural humor, he effortlessly captured the audience’s attention—just as he does with his students.

TM Ly - Start with the stairs
With the mindset of “doing what’s worth telling,” TM Ly challenged herself to climb 22 floors daily—truly embodying the Ice Breaker spirit at HST.
“If I don’t do it, how will I have something meaningful to share?”Her courage reflects the true Toastmasters spirit—growing through action and leading by example. Let’s look forward to more of her inspiring speeches

TM Minh An - Better late than never but never late is better

TM Minh An earned a highly competitive scholarship (30/1,000), opening a new path and boosting his confidence. Once a troubled student, he transformed through the guidance of TM Ben.
We’re proud to see our youngest TM excel academically and grow as a leader in his role as VPM.

👏 Thank you to everyone who contributed to making Meeting 365 a meaningful and memorable session. With the warmth of family and the sparkle of fireworks, we felt truly connected, inspired, and ready to embrace new beginnings together.

🌟PATHWAY LEVEL 2 COMPLETION | TM. Chana
🙌Hanoi Speakers Toastmasters is proud to annouce that TM. Chana has completed her Level 2 - Pathway: Visionary Communication!

✨She shared some thoughts with the club:

💬How long did it take for you to complete level 2 ?
🎯"It took approximately 6 months to complete level 2. that might sound long but with first level it took way more time. I guess the hardest part is always: to start. But I keep going.”

💬How have you changed after completing Level 2?
🎯"I do feel more confident when giving the speech, other TM say confirm that there is some calmness in speech (through pauses) and the hand articulation that gives confidence vibe. Though I do remember my first speeches where my voice shakes and I tend to speak real fast when nervious. These things definitely changes with practicing speeches."

💬What is your future Pathways goal?
🎯"I intent to conquer next level, I do see better réults step-by-step and I see my growth through speeches. I also aim to do more speech evaluations as I see those feedbacks to contribute growth to others. HST is such a safe place to do mistakes and very encouraging place to be a better speaker, a better person."

We had an amazing meeting — full of energy, laughter, and inspiring speeches. A heartfelt thank-you to all our wonderful speakers and members who made the session truly memorable!

🎤 Prepared Speeches
✨ TM Akulina – Ice Breaker Speech “Where there’s a will, there’s a way”

Her first speech at HST revealed interesting insights into her childhood and the experiences that brought her to the Toastmasters community, ultimately shaping her ambition to grow within it. Energetic, confident, and skillful—these qualities were clearly reflected in her delivery, inspiring us with the power of a strong mindset and consistent commitment, which ultimately lead us toward our goals.

✨ TM Kieu Minh – Ice Breaker Speech “My Inspiration”

Our second speaker delivered a speech titled “My Inspiration,” introducing us to his idol, Kanye West. Through Kanye’s ups and downs, he drew inspiration and found the courage to stand strong in the face of life’s challenges. This mindset encouraged him to navigate difficulties in his academic journey, ultimately contributing to his achievement of a 7.5 band score in the IELTS test after months of hard work.

✨ TM Linh - “The most expensive sunglasses trip”

Back to 2019, when she and her sister were excited to travel to Singapore to attend a Blackpink concert. With everything carefully planned in detail, she expected the trip to be exceptional, but after an accident occurred just as she was about to board the plane, the entire trip turned upside down. However, the way she handled the situation revealed her sense of humor, transforming a mess into a humorous and memorable message
