Last week I had a great time at the Business Executive Network in Hanoi - a space for members and by invitation only for business leaders to share and support each other.
I got some great insights to operations and leadership in different sectors and was honoured to work closely with 2 leaders in similar fields to mine - purpose driven, community focused business of learning.
Looking forward to more!

Thursday (Friday really 🫣) Thinker #4 out now!
The Thursday Thinker!

Work work work work work… 🎶
Instant messaging for *everything* at work drives me absolutely mad.
Client pitch deck? --> Messenger.
Legal contract to be signed? --> Zalo.
Reporting about critical situations? --> WhatsApp.
But the leadership are stressing about accountability and growth mindset while the staff are struggling to even keep track of anything.
I’m absolutely not a systems person normally (though I wish I was), but I can’t express how important it is for teams to have systems or spaces in place to organise the every day clutter of the workflow.
