The “F” word 😱😱

Stop right there you perv!!. Not everything starts with f.***.k is a “tabooo”. Here comes the enlightment you dont know you need it until now.

Rather than what we’ve known of the original, literal meaning of “f**k”, “F**k with” has a lot of other meanings which are basically good in a sense.

1. to roll with, to enjoy something

Ex: I f**k with Taylor Swift’s “All too well” (10 minute version).

2. to mess with or joke around with somebody

How to nurture an creative mind? And new podcast alert!!

I believe we are all, to some extend, an creative person. In some last post, I had mentioned the creativity quotient, yet not how to improve your creative thinking. Here are some guides to do that!

1. Step outside your comfort zone. (I know, it might sound cliche but it is absolutely useful)

Do something strange can help you not only find inspo or motivation but it also allows you to look at things through a different perspective, hence, helps you to spark off new ideas.

2. Write a 500 word article with no topic whatsoever.

Practice makes perfect. Practice makes perfect. Practice makes perfect.

You might wonder how writing can possibly make you more creative? Well, this is a fun exercise when you can't seem to get your thoughts focused or come up with interesting ideas. Writing down anything that you can think of and let it lead the way. You can be surprised!

3. Do exercise

Researchers showed that doing exercise encourages the growth of new brain cells in the hippocampus which enhances memory. In other word, this growth in the hippocampus could be good for creativity as well. So why dont we begin building a habit of doing exercise on a regular basis?

4. Optimism, energy and enthusiasm make everything happen

Be open-minded, keep learning and actively seeking sources. Don’t limit yourself just becasue you are afraid of being ridiculed. If you have the energy to make it now, you are already on the road to being more creative.

5. Build your creative network

Remember you are the sum of the 5 people closest to you. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who can teach you and insprie you, form a firm supporting system to back you up.
