The Secret Garden

A great rendition of Pegboard Nerds by Finley on the drums this week! As drummers it's important to develop our sixteenth notes and rhythm, which can be challenging from young musicians, but our program develops the fundamental rhythm skills that set us up for success in all instruments!

A fun and joyous rendition of "Brown Eyed Girl" - beginner guitar students often struggle with wrist position and finger strength, but our gradual progression keeps learning stress-free and encouraging while we develop our skills as guitarists!

Drumming for pre-K and kindergarten students starts with learning full body coordination, one part at a time - Kayden has been playing with the sticks, and now we are starting our bass drum unit where we learn to play with our feet and clap along with our hands :D

For our youngest music makers, we focus on developing finger dexterity and reading skills - far more important than just rote memorization, our focus is on developing lifelong skills which can help them throughout their life! Piano lessons amplify the critical skills that kids are working on at this important age, and set kids up for success!
