• Do you often use a dictionary?
Needless to say, I have used dictionaries very often, especially electronic dictionaries. This is mainly because I have to learn English at school, and with dictionaries I am able to look up new words and improve my language proficiency.
- Needless to say: không cần thiết phải nói nhiều nữa
- Electronic dictionary = online dictionary: từ điển online
- Look up (pv): tra cứu
- Improve my languague proficiency: nâng cao khả năng sử dụng ngôn ngữ
• What do you use dictionaries for?
To be honest, I have to say that using dictionaries is pretty beneficial for me due to the fact that I can search the meaning and definition of words that I don’t know.

• What kinds of dictionaries do you think are most useful?
As a Vietnamese student, English is mandatory at school, so my most-liked dictionary is English-Vietnamese. The reason why I say so is that kind of dictionaries enables me to complete my English homework faster and more correctly.
- Mandatory = compulsory: bắt buộc
- Most-liked= favorite: yêu thích nhất
- Enable somebody to + V(inf): giúp, cho phép ai đó làm gì
• Do you think dictionaries are useful for learning a language?
From my point of view, I affirm that using dictionaries can offer a wide range of benefits when it comes to the enhancement of language proficiency. In fact, dictionary users can understand comprehensively a single word because dictionaries have already showed the meanings and definitions of each word with its use in different contexts.

In my opinion, in both paper and electronic dictionary, I can collect the data that is the meanings and definitions of new words and the contexts native speakers often use in a right way.
