DIỄN ĐÀN TRỌNG TÀI VÀ HÒA GIẢI VIÊN TRẺ | CHẠM NGÕ TRỌNG TÀI: NHỮNG CÂU CHUYỆN ĐẦU TIÊN

Trong bối cảnh trọng tài thương mại và các phương thức giải quyết tranh chấp thay thế (ADR) ngày càng phát triển mạnh mẽ tại Việt Nam và khu vực, nhu cầu tiếp cận thực tiễn nghề nghiệp, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm xử lý vụ việc và định hướng phát triển chuyên môn cho thế hệ luật sư, chuyên gia pháp lý trẻ ngày càng trở nên cần thiết. Đặc biệt, những trải nghiệm đầu tiên khi tham gia vào một vụ kiện trọng tài – dù với vai trò luật sư, pháp chế doanh nghiệp, thư ký hội đồng trọng tài hay cán bộ trung tâm trọng tài – luôn mang lại nhiều bài học thực tiễn có giá trị đối với quá trình hành nghề sau này.

Nhằm tạo diễn đàn trao đổi cởi mở giữa các chuyên gia giàu kinh nghiệm và cộng đồng thực hành ADR trẻ, đồng thời chia sẻ những góc nhìn thực tiễn, Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam (VIAC) phối hợp cùng Nhóm Trọng tài viên và Hòa giải viên trẻ Việt Nam (YVAG) tổ chức Diễn đàn Trọng tài và Hoà giải viên trẻ “Chạm ngõ Trọng tài: Những câu chuyện đầu tiên”.

Diễn đàn thuộc nhóm sự kiện bên lề do VIAC phối hợp cùng các đối tác thực hiện trong khuôn khổ Tuần lễ Trọng tài và Hòa giải Việt Nam - VAW 2026.

The Inaugural International Conference on “International Trade, Investment, and Financial Law in the Age of Global Digitalization: Comparative Perspectives from Developed and Developing Countries” serves as an academic platform for researchers, scholars, practitioners, and students to exchange insights, encourage scholarly dialogue, and strengthen international collaboration.

💌 Participants are cordially invited to submit abstracts in accordance with the official submission guidelines and formatting requirements.

Những bài viết có chất lượng nổi bật sẽ được Ban Tổ chức xem xét giới thiệu để gửi đăng tại số đặc biệt của Manchester Journal of International Economic Law – một tạp chí quốc tế được lập chỉ mục trong SCOPUS (Q3) và ESCI.

📌 Quy trình phản biện độc lập
Các bản thảo gửi tới tạp chí sẽ trải qua quy trình phản biện kín, độc lập theo tiêu chuẩn của tạp chí, bảo đảm tính khách quan và chất lượng khoa học.

Việc được Ban Tổ chức giới thiệu không đồng nghĩa với việc bài viết sẽ được chấp nhận đăng tải trên tạp chí. Quyết định cuối cùng phụ thuộc vào kết quả phản biện của tạp chí.

From academic presentation to international publication, the Conference offers a two-tier publication mechanism designed to facilitate the wider dissemination of outstanding research. With a view to establishing an academic forum closely linked to meaningful publication outcomes, participation in the Conference enables authors not only to present their work, but also to be considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings and for referral to a reputable international journal. This provides an opportunity for research to be formally recognized, to enhance its academic value, and to expand its reach within the scholarly community.

🔹 Conference Proceedings (with ISBN)
Papers accepted and presented at the Conference will be selected for publication in the official Proceedings with an ISBN. This constitutes an important form of formal recognition, ensuring that the research is published in a structured academic volume of reference value.

🔹 Special Issue of the Manchester Journal of International Economic Law (SCOPUS, Q3, ESCI)
High-quality papers may be considered by the Organizing Committee for referral for submission to a special issue of the Manchester Journal of International Economic Law, an international journal indexed in SCOPUS (Q3) and ESCI.

📌 Independent Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the journal will be subject to a double-blind, independent peer review process in accordance with the journal’s standards, ensuring objectivity and academic rigor.
