Thông thường chúng ta hay nói " I'm sorry" và " no problem" để xin lỗi và respond lại lời xin lỗi. Tuy nhiên thực tế có rất nhiều cách thú vị hơn đó. Cùng tìm hiểu nhé ;)

*) Here are some expressions you can use to make and respond to
apologies.

+) Accepting apologies:

1. That's all right.

2. Never mind.

3. Don't apologize.

4. It doesn't matter.

*) Leaving and saying goodbye

*) If you want to say goodbye in a hurry

*) Saying goodbye politely after meeting someone
