❓VÒNG TRÒN LÀ GÌ❓
Vào buổi sơ khai, vòng tròn là một cấu trúc xã hội nơi mọi người cùng nhau đối thoại để hợp tác và hành động. Tổ tiên của chúng ta quây quần bên lửa trại để nấu ăn, sưởi ấm, giữ an toàn, kể chuyện, và cùng lập nên những cách ứng xử và cách quản trị giúp phát triển cộng đồng của họ.
Đây cũng chính là những lý do mà ngày nay ta đến với vòng tròn: để được gần nhau, để khám phá những cách đối thoại lành mạnh, để chia sẻ câu chuyện, xây cộng đồng và họp bàn trong tinh thần hợp tác. Vòng tròn tạo điều kiện để ta khám phá sức mạnh của trí tuệ tập thể. Ở đó, ta cũng tìm thấy con người thật của mình, tìm thấy mình có thể đóng góp gì cho những câu chuyện và nhiệm vụ chung.
Thực hành vòng tròn thường bao gồm những yếu tố sau:
🔑 Mọi người hiện diện cho nhau và mọi đóng góp đều được coi trọng bình đẳng;
🔑 Nêu rõ việc chúng ta sẽ tôn trọng nhau như thế nào và thoả thuận với nhau những điều gì;
🔑 Đối thoại được diễn ra khác với những giao tiếp xã hội thông thường;
🔑 Những cấu trúc nhất định giúp vòng tròn mở đầu - diễn ra - và kết thúc trọn vẹn.
Kết quả của sự hiện diện trong vòng tròn:
🟠 Lắng nghe chính mình tốt hơn: Nhờ vào những thỏa thuận chung, mỗi người có thể vượt qua những phán xét quen thuộc để nhìn nhận lại trải nghiệm của mình từ một góc nhìn công bằng và bao dung.
🟠 Học và nếm những cuộc đời thực: Không chỉ được tiếp thu những cách nghĩ, cách làm mới, từ những người bạn có hoàn cảnh tương đồng, mà còn được nếm bối cảnh của từng câu chuyện qua sự hiện diện bằng xương bằng thịt của người đó.
🟠 Trải nghiệm sức mạnh của những kết nối bất ngờ: Có thể điều mà chúng ta chia sẻ là chính xác điều mà ai đó cần nghe tại thời điểm này, dù chúng ta không hề dự tính sẽ nói ra điều đó. Có thể, trong sự tĩnh lặng tạo ra bởi những câu hỏi soi rọi, một khả năng mới sẽ hiện ra cho bế tắc của chúng ta hiện tại. Có thể, câu chuyện chung của vòng tròn ngày hôm đó sẽ trở thành một nguồn lực dưỡng nuôi chúng ta trong một tình huống hoàn toàn khác ở mấy chục năm sau.
Sức mạnh của phương pháp vòng tròn nằm ở chất lượng của những kết nối được tạo ra trong không gian bình đẳng và tin cậy. Chúng ta được thực nghiệm trong vòng tròn một cách kết nối, một cách tương tác và một cách sống có chất lượng, có ý nghĩa.
“Chúng ta có thể xây dựng một cộng đồng lành mạnh khi mọi người hướng về nhau, như cách chúng ta cùng ngồi trong vòng tròn. Vòng tròn không chỉ là nơi mọi người múa hát, kể chuyện mà còn là nơi để tiếc thương, ra quyết định, thực hành quản trị và công lý…”

On October 5th, Team 12 Learning Journey began. Our intention is to create the space for experiential learning, deep connection and mindful collaboration for individuals so that they can find their way on the path towards a more sustainable world.

Throughout 5 weekends together, we have learned a lot about ourselves, about others and about the big world we’re living in. The participants had a challenging yet beautiful time working and bringing 2 social projects into life. We also had a lot of fun and emotional moments connecting with each other as a family.
