Dear Authors, Experts, and Managers,

The School of Languages and Tourism, Hanoi University of Industry is pleased to announce the International Conference on Tourism Innovation and Management 2026 (ICTIM 2026), scheduled for March 21, 2026 at Hanoi University of Industry, Vietnam. With the theme “Beyond Boundaries: The Future of Sustainable, Smart & Wellness Travel”, this conference aims to create a platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals in the tourism and hospitality sectors to share their research findings and provide insights into current trends, challenges, and future directions.

We cordially invite authors, experts, and managers to submit their papers for consideration. Submissions can address a variety of topics, including but not limited to:

• Sustainability and Regenerative Tourism (Green practices, responsible tourism, SDG integration)
• Smart Destinations: Technology, AI & Data for a Personalized Future (AI-driven personalization, smart city applications in tourism (IoT, big data, digital twins), digital marketing, blockchain, cybersecurity, and seamless digital travel services)
• The Rise of Wellness, Mindfulness & Transformative Travel (Wellness resorts, retreats, and spiritual tourism; mindful travel and slow tourism movements, holistic experiences: nature, food, meditation and traditional healing)
• Cultural Heritage, Intercultural Communication, and Community Empowerment (Heritage preservation, creative tourism, intercultural competence)
• Tourism Education, Policy, Research, and Regional Collaboration (Tourism curriculum, capacity building, research partnerships across ASEAN)
