🎄✨ ETTC 178th Meeting Recap – HOLIDAY SPIRIT ✨🎄
What a joyful and meaningful Sunday morning at ETTC! This week's meeting brought us inspiring speeches, spontaneous stories, thoughtful evaluations, and lots of holiday spirit. 🎄✨
🎤 Meeting Team
Toastmaster of the Day: TM Amelia - guided the meeting with energy and kept the sessions moving smoothly.
General Evaluator: TM Binh Phan – observed the overall meeting and gave constructive feedback on organization, participation, and role performance.
Table Topics Master: TM Linh Tran – created an engaging and joyful Table topics session with fun questions and a song challenge.
Grammarian: TM Back Hong – introduced the Word of the Day “joyful” and highlighted memorable expressions from the meeting.
Ah-Counter: TM Thuy Nguyen – tracked filler words and repeated expressions throughout the meeting.
Timer: TM Tuyet Nhung – kept track of speech and evaluation timing and helped ensure speakers stayed within the limits.

🎤 A Holiday Tradition I Love
A heartfelt speech about family traditions, ancestors, gratitude, and passing love from one generation to the next. Despite an unexpected internet interruption, she successfully returned and completed her message.
Speaker 2 – TM Trang Pi
🎤 What Screams the Loudest
A powerful reflection on work, priorities, and the importance of making time for what truly matters. Her story reminded us that the loudest things in life are not always the most meaningful.
📝 Evaluators
Evaluator 1: TM Thanh P**c – praised Speaker 1's audience engagement, eye contact, and vocal delivery, while suggesting smoother transitions and stronger vocal variety.
Evaluator 2: TM Ngoc Anh – evaluated Speaker 2's improvement in audience engagement, dialogue, descriptive language, and vocal variety.
Table Topics Evaluator: TM Golden – gave detailed feedback on the impromptu speakers, highlighting clear answers, specific examples, vocal variety, and strong conclusions.
