Pls kindly accept our apology for sending the invite late!

As discussed before, we are having a meeting tomorrow, staring from 4pm at Hoang Anh Golf Club (pls see the map for direction).

For those who have confirmed to join, you dont need to do it again. For those who haven't, pls let us know asap and let us know if you are coming late. This afternoon, iLearn staff will phone those who haven't replied to this email. Thanks.

Dear all,

Just a quick note to say sorry for keeping silent for a long time and for not having sent the agenda for the next meeting scheduled on 07/2/2015 yet!

The topic for the next meeting is Tet. Now we have reserved a beautiful place for the meeting venue. However, it is more suitable at daytime than night time. Thus, can you pls let us know which option you prefer :
1. The meeting will be organized from 4pm -7/8pm with a small dinner.
2. The meeting will be organized from 7.30pm -9.45pm without a dinner.

Pls let us know within today so that we can finalise the agenda and send to you soon.
