Nem (Cha Gio) is one of Vietnam’s most iconic dishes, often served during family meals, celebrations, and holidays.
It represents family connection, sharing, and tradition, with each region having its own unique recipe.

🥕 INGREDIENTS – 100% HOMEMADE & NATURAL
We proudly use fresh, clean, and home-sourced ingredients:
• Pork
• Mushrooms (wood ear, shiitake)
• Carrot
• Sweet potato
• Onion
• Glass noodles

• Fresh meat, eggs, vegetables, and fruits come from trusted family farms and local suppliers
• Spring rolls and sausages are handmade using traditional family recipes
• Fresh seafood is sourced directly from family-owned fishing boats

Families with kids should definitely visit. It is totally free even for shows and performance. Our family was there and it was really nice. Kids loved it :)

We’re excited to host our Kids’ Holiday Markets Fair — a magical space where children can become young entrepreneurs for a day and proudly sell their handmade crafts, toys, cookies, art, Christmas ornaments, and more!
