DAY 4_JUNE 26, 2025: Innovation meets tradition! 🌟

Day 4 offered a wonderful mix of entrepreneurial thinking and cultural immersion, giving students the chance to exercise both their minds and their hearts.

💼 PISI Program – Business Model Canvas Workshop
The morning kicked off with a focused session on the Business Model Canvas, hosted by the Faculty of Digital Business & E-commerce.
Students explored how innovative ideas can be structured into practical business plans. With markers, sticky notes, and bright ideas flying around, teams worked together to turn creativity into clarity. ✏️📊

🏺 Exploring Traditional Craft at Thanh Ha Pottery Village
In the afternoon, students stepped into the peaceful charm of Thanh Ha Pottery Village, where they experienced Vietnam’s traditional craftsmanship firsthand.
From watching skilled artisans shape clay to trying their own hand at pottery-making, the activity was a delightful journey into local heritage and creativity. 🎨👐

🏮 Strolling Through Hoi An Ancient Town
The day continued with a scenic and leisurely visit to the iconic Hoi An Ancient Town.
Amid lantern-lit streets, historic houses, and vibrant markets, students soaked in the atmosphere, took plenty of photos, and admired the timeless beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage site. 🌉📷

💖 A day that beautifully blended business ideas and cultural appreciation—Day 4 reminded everyone that innovation grows even stronger when it’s rooted in tradition.

The third day of the exchange camp brought a perfect blend of innovation, local discovery, and teamwork spirit!

💡PISI Program – Incubation of Startup and Innovation Ideas
In the morning, students dived into the world of innovation through a hands-on session on Design Thinking and the Business Model Canvas, guided by the Faculty of Digital Business & E-commerce.
The atmosphere was buzzing with creative energy as students shared ideas, collaborated in groups, and explored how to turn bold thoughts into potential startup models. 🚀🧠

🏛️Cultural Exploration: Da Nang Museum & Linh Ung Pagoda
In the afternoon, the group set off on a cultural journey across Da Nang.

First stop: Da Nang Museum, where students learned more about the city’s rich history and cultural heritage through impressive exhibits and visual storytelling.

Next: a peaceful visit to Linh Ung Pagoda, where the serene atmosphere and stunning coastal views offered a quiet moment of reflection and admiration for Vietnamese spiritual culture. 🙏🌊

🤝Team Building Activities
To close the day, everyone gathered for a lively team-building session filled with laughter, games, and team challenges. It was not just about winning—it was about bonding, communicating, and cheering each other on.
The afternoon ended with happy faces and even stronger connections among participants! 🎯🎉

DAY 2_JUNE 24, 2025: An energetic and meaningful start! 🌟

On the morning of June 24th, the “VKU ISEP Innovation & Intercultural Camp 2025” was officially launched in a warm and respectful atmosphere. 🎉

💬 The opening ceremony featured speeches from the leaders of both VKU and KMUTNB, along with impressive introduction videos showcasing each university’s highlights. Thoughtful souvenirs were exchanged, and the event wrapped up with cheerful group photos. 📸

👥 Following that, participants joined fun ice-breaking and team formation activities led by the KMUTNB. From the first handshakes to laughter-filled games, everyone quickly became comfortable with one another.

📘 Next came the program schedule briefing to ensure everyone was well-prepared for the journey ahead. Then each groups met their mentors who will support them during the academic activities, and a short lecture about AI tool supporting digital tourism was delivered by VKU side.

🌏 The afternoon was filled with exciting cultural exchange activities:

Thai students were introduced to basic Vietnamese and unique aspects of Vietnamese culture 🇻🇳
Right after, VKU students had a chance to learn some basic Thai and explore Thai culture through engaging presentations by KMUTNB friends 🇹🇭

🏫 All participants then enjoyed a campus tour around VKU, discovering more about the learning environment and daily life at the university.

🎶 The day ended on a high note with a lively cultural and musical exchange night. Performances from both universities lit up the stage, bringing joy, applause, and a spirit of connection to everyone in attendance.

💖 A full and meaningful day – filled with memorable experiences and growing bonds between students from both countries!

Today marks the exciting start of the VKU ISEP 2025 – the international student exchange program between VKU (Vietnam) and KMUTNB (Thailand)! The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and cultural curiosity as students and lecturers from both universities began their meaningful journey of learning and connection.
✈️ At noon, June 23rd, 2025, VKU warmly welcomed the delegation from KMUTNB (Bangkok, Thailand) at Da Nang International Airport. The VKU student team enthusiastically assisted with transportation and check-in, showcasing the spirit of Vietnamese hospitality.
🛍️ In the afternoon, the group kicked off their cultural exploration with a visit and a scenic stroll through APEC Park, where they admired the harmonious blend of modern design and nature.
🌉 The tour continued with awe-inspiring visits to two of Da Nang's most iconic landmarks — the Dragon Bridge, famous for its unique design and evening fire shows, and the bustling Han Market, where students got a taste of local life and traditional Vietnamese goods.
🌟 A dynamic and joyful beginning that sets the tone for an unforgettable week of innovation, friendship, and intercultural exchange!

The first day of the international exchange program between VKU ( Vietnam) and KMUTNB (Thailand) officially took place with many interesting activities, marking the beginning of the journey of learning and exploring the cultures of the two countries!
✈️ At noon on June 24th, 2024, VKU students warmly welcomed the delegation of students and lecturers from KMUTNB (Bangkok, Thailand) at Da Nang International Airport and promptly assisted with transportation to the accommodations.

🎉 [RECAP] Opening Ceremony – VKU x KMUTNB Innovation & Intercultural Exchange Camp 2024 🇻🇳🤝🇹🇭

On June 25, 2024, VKU warmly welcomed lecturers and students from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), Thailand to kick off a week-long exchange program full of innovation and culture!

👋 At the opening ceremony, we were honored to have:

Assoc. Prof. Supeeti Kulchan – Vice Dean, Faculty of Industrial Management (KMUTNB)

Ms. Phimvalanch Moosikaphan – Director, International Cooperation Center (KMUTNB)
Dr. Huỳnh Ngọc Thọ – Vice-Rector of VKU
..together with VKU faculty members and 32 excited students from both countries!

🎯 Dr. Huỳnh Ngọc Thọ expressed his delight to welcome the KMUTNB delegation to VKU, highlighting how the camp is a great opportunity for students to gain global experience, share knowledge, and grow together through meaningful academic and cultural exchange.
