Welcome to ICOE2019,
ICOE2019 is the first International Conference on Online Education hosted by Ho Chi Minh City Open University, a public university located in the South of Vietnam. With a wide array of themes, ICOE 2019 will foster presentations and discussions among participants from different countries within and across disciplines of online education.
We are privileged to be co-chairs of this important conference. On behalf of our university, we warmly welcome you to ICOE2019 to be held in Ho Chi Minh City, the modern, elegant and charming city of Vietnam. As a pioneer in the field of distance and online education in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City Open University is honored and delighted to invite scholars, policymakers, practitioners, researchers and graduate students to share thoughts and exchange ideas. The conference will be an active forum for participants to discuss and contribute to the development of online education.
