Day 22 in Baguio. Today, we hiked up into the mountains, over ten kilometers from the city center. It was the perfect way to stay active while practicing our English. We had a great discussion about what creates success, debating whether it's truly sixty percent hard work, twenty percent support from others, and twenty percent luck like innate talent or timing. I shared my agreement with this view and made my case. Things are great here, but I'm deeply missing home, my students, my children, and Vietnam.

Reflecting on my twenty-first day here in Baguio, I'm filled with gratitude. It's the weekend, so my husband and I have spent the entire day meeting friends ,exploring the great outdoors, soaking in the fresh air and beautiful scenery and interviewed children at the sport fields

It's day twenty here in Baguio, filled with studying and working all day. Since it's Friday, I went to the weekend market, then headed to a local restaurant for dinner. Afterward, I went to yoga class, while my husband is out shopping and chilling with a coffee. I'm feeling really homesick now, just counting down until I'm back home.

Day 19 in Baguio. Today, we discussed bullying in our English department meeting. It is important to realize that bullying happens everywhere, not just among students. It occurs in offices when superiors overpower their teams, and even within families. We must all remember not to abuse our power or positions to mistreat others. Let's create a culture of respect instead.

We must also recognize that victims of bullying experience profound, long-term harm to their mental and psychological well-being.

Day eighteen in Baguio began early with a taxi ride to the outskirts to hunt for clouds. After that, I jumped into Zumba, followed by teaching and studying through the afternoon. We spent the evening at a beautiful complex made of wood and stone on a high hill, enjoying drinks, fresh air, and the peaceful atmosphere of the meditation and yoga retreat. After dinner, I headed back to teach my online classes, feeling homesick for Vietnam.🇻🇳

Day seventeenth in Baguio. I did my morning Zumba, followed by a full day of work with too much discussion, so my throat was sore. Thankfully, the sun came out in the afternoon, so I explored a brand new area far away. For dinner, I had Pho while my husband ate Western food, and I finished with ninety minutes of yoga to help my energy recover.

Day sixteen in Baguio, following the same familiar rhythm. My daily schedule unfolds just as it always does. Yet today brought a special shift: I was chosen for the end-of-course presentation. Now, my mind is filled with thoughts of home, pondering how to share the unique essence of Vietnam to inspire others to visit.
