Chúng ta dùng giới từ "On" trước ngày trong tuần
Ex: on Monday, on Tuesday...

Task 2: Today, children find it difficult to concentrate and pay attention at school. What are the causes and what are the solutions?
There are sometimes argued that students are hard to concentrate and pay attention at school. There are many culprits for this phenomenon. Following, I will give some reasons and find a way to resolve this problem.
There are some main reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, students are hard to understand new knowledge at school because that includes so many theories. Many researchers have shown that, a large rate of students does not want to learn theory subjects, like history, psychology at school; meanwhile, the opposites are true of arts, math, physics or chemistry. Secondly, the methods of teaching play a crucial role in this problem. It is true that with an attractive way of teaching, the teachers can inspire in their students. And then learners can be interested in the lessons.
There are some solutions to reduce this phenomenon at school. To reduce theories in the lectures, teachers can apply technologies to improve the quality of teaching processes. Thanks to supporting of visuals images and videos, many history lessons become more interesting than ever. Otherwise, it is true that students are more comfortable and exciting when they take part in groups and discuss about the issues that is given by lectures.
By applying that, young learners can express their ideas and involve contributing the lectures as well as exchanging ideas with their classmates. From that, they develop some skills, like communication and team-working. That positively impacts on the learning performance of students. In addition, there are many benefits when parents also engage to support their children in learning. Because parents are people who know what is their children’s need, and then they give suitable supports to their sons or daughters.
In conclusion, there are many attributions to disturb students at school, like lecture’s content and the teachers’ methods. And, to resolve this problem, teachers can apply technologies, like videos or pictures to reduce theories and improve the quality of lessons.

Task 2: Many young people change their jobs and careers. What are the reasons for this? Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
Many young people change their jobs and careers nowadays. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. In my opinion, there are more disadvantages than advantages in this situation. Following, I will give some ideas to make clear my attitude.
There are many reasons to explain why young people change their jobs and professions. First of all, younger change their jobs because they want to take more opportunities to develop their careers. Many younger want to take more challenges to enrich their knowledge and skills, that the previous workplaces do not satisfy them. Secondly, many people find a new job for higher salary. It is easy to see that, because of the economic crisis and accelerating of property prices, many people find a new job with higher salary to adapt to the high cost of living and ensure a stability of their families. Thirdly, people want to change their job for a sustainable life. The reality is shown that, many ones who are no longer graduated take a job to make money and pay for their living cost. After years, they want to take a job what they want pursuit for whole their lives.
There are many advantages and disadvantages that people need to overcome to reach the successes. People have to spend time to adapt to new environments, knowledge and skills. Moreover, they also spend time to create relationships with new colleagues. When they take a higher salary job, it is mean that the pressure is to impact on them is also higher. However, it is obvious that, with people who are brave and talent can easy to overcome all the challenges in their way to take the success. They can learn much new knowledge, make more new friends and open their relationships. Take younger for example, by changing workplace, that make them to become more independent and mature, that is a key to help them overcome many troubles as well as reaching many successes in their lives in the future.
In conclusion, there are many reasons for a person changing their jobs or careers. People have to face many problems that can suffer them but also make them to become more independent.

Task 2: The best way for governments to solve the problem of traffic congestion is to provide free public transport in 24 hours per day, and seven days a week. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Traffic congestion is still to suffer many nations at the moment. There is a policy that government supplies free public transport all the time to solve this problem. In my opinion, I strongly degree with this police. Following, I will give some ideas to make clear my attitude.
First of all, it is obvious that when the government implements this policy, there are many benefits people who engage traffic. People choose the best optimum way and means of transportation to work and regardless the price. That means they can save time and improve the performance. However, it is hard to deny that no sooner does the government implement this policy than national budget can be suffered negatively to reduce.
Government has to pour a huge amount of money into this sector; this can impact on other sectors in the national economy, like education, health and defense. Moreover, there are no evidences to prove that the number of people engaging to travel during rush hours can reduce. It is true that the users are still to use their vehicles in that time because their plans. For example, workers go to their offices or companies around 7 am and come home at 6 pm. Students have to go to school before 6 am and finish the last class at 5 pm
Secondly, this policy can promote people using public transport instead of private one. Because of paying no fee, there are many people who will choose public services to travel, like bus, taxi, the subway and electrical car. Consequently, the rate of private vehicles involved transport will reduce. And, the number of people using public transport will increase dramatically. Consequently, the public transport will tend to overload.
To resolve this problem, a large amount of public vehicles will supply to serve a huge demand of passengers. Because of big shape, these vehicles are to become culprits of traffic congestion. Moreover, the quality of public services will reduce because of so many people using. And, this situation can increase many social problems, like robbery, pickpockets, pushing in the crowded stations, which can effect on people adversely.
In conclusion, this policy brings some advantages for people. But it cannot radically resolve the problems of traffic jams.
