Sometimes, the advice we need is closer than we think.
Behind every teacher, colleague, and familiar face on campus is a story - of unexpected turns, lessons learned, opportunities missed, new beginnings, and experiences that shaped who they are today.
To cultivate inspiration and highlight the wealth of experience within our campus, we are delighted to present โMessages from your BUV Communityโ. We invited our dedicated teachers and Listening Buddies to reflect on a few thoughtful questions about life, career, growth, and the things they wish they had known when they were younger.
Their answers are honest, personal, and grounded in real experience - with reminders that there is no single โrightโ path to growing up, finding your direction, or defining success.
๐ฒ Click through the photos to discover their stories, reflections, and advice. You might find a message that speaks to exactly where you are right now.

Last Wednesday, the workshop โNavigating the Quarter-Life Crisisโ delivered an engaging and reassuring experience for BUV students!
Guided by Psychological Counselor Mr. Dinh Ngoc Binh, participants explored the stages of adaptation, learning to normalize feelings of loneliness in new environments, and handle career or social setbacks as data for growth rather than personal failure. A key highlight of the session was discovering how to align personal values with career goals to effectively reduce the panic of not knowing what comes next.
Through interactive discussions, we cultivated a safe space to unpack the quarter-life crisis. This powerful session equipped our students with a complete โsurvival kitโ and practical tips for managing the stress of self-reliance.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all the students for their active engagement and genuine openness during the session.
We are looking forward to seeing you at our next event!
