By exploring the "Shadows of conflict," participants navigated the transition from being defined by labels to reclaiming their personal dignity.
The room was filled with a surprising sense of wonder as students witnessed incredibly sincere reflections, many of which touched upon raw personal pain with remarkable courage.
This collective vulnerability highlighted a vital truth: these foundational values deserve far more recognition and daily practice than they are currently afforded.

: ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐น, ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ, ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ด.โ Held at a time traditionally associated with rebirth and balance, the session invited participants to pause, reflect, and honour their personal journeys of growth and transformation.
Facilitated by student counsellor ๐ ๐. ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ป๐ต, the workshop offered a safe and creative space for students to explore their inner worlds through ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด, and ๐ณ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด. Participants were gently guided to revisit their life storiesโacknowledging moments of pain, challenge, and vulnerabilityโand to reframe these experiences as sources of resilience, wisdom, and strength.
Through guided ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฒ๐
๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป and narrative reflection, students explored how past wounds can coexist with growth, and how balance between light and darkness is essential for becoming whole.

Yesterday workshop provided a deeply moving and healing space for our students to reframe their past challenges.
Participants found immense value in the reflective writing exercises, where they had the opportunity to courageously put their internalised hurts into words. The energy in the room was defined by a sense of profound connection as students shared their personal stories with peers, discovering that they were not alone in their struggles.
Many highlighted how inspiring it was to learn about the diverse ways others have navigated adversity, gaining new perspectives on resilience. Most importantly, the session empowered students to look beyond the pain and recognise the incredible growth and "Lion-Hearted" strength they have developed through their experiences.
By embracing their scars as evidence of survival rather than shame, our students walked away with a renewed sense of identity and a more compassionate outlook on their personal journeys.

Peer story-sharing sessions created a safe space for authentic connection, allowing everyone to practice the art of responding wisely rather than reacting impulsively. Feedback highlighted the vibrant class dynamic, which successfully turned complex psychological concepts into fun, actionable life skills. On March 4th, 2026, BUV students gathered, once again, for a refreshing and energising wellbeing workshop, โEmbracing Spontaneity to Take Care of Your Mental Health.โ The session offered a much-needed ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐, inviting participants to ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ with their bodies, creativity, and inner flexibility.

On March 4th, 2026, BUV students gathered, once again, for a refreshing and energising wellbeing workshop, โEmbracing Spontaneity to Take Care of Your Mental Health.โ The session offered a much-needed ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐, inviting participants to ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ with their bodies, creativity, and inner flexibility.
Through improvisational theatre techniques led by experienced practitioner Ha Tuan Linh (๐ร ๐ง๐แบฅ๐ป ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ต), students explored themes of ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฒ๐ถ๐๐, ๐ป๐ผ๐ป-๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐, and ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป. Many participants reflected on how freeing it felt to โ๐๐ป๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ปโ automatic patterns of control and perfectionism, and instead allow themselves to experiment, make mistakes, and ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐. The embodied nature of the exercises also supported ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ, ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ด๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, and a ๐๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑโ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป.
