Cách chúng ta sử dụng thời gian định hình tương lai như thế nào?

Cách chúng ta sử dụng thời gian phản ánh điều chúng ta coi trọng và dần dần định hình con người mà chúng ta sẽ trở thành. Mỗi giờ dành cho việc học tập, rèn luyện sức khỏe, phát triển kỹ năng hoặc theo đuổi một mục tiêu có ý nghĩa đều là một khoản đầu tư vào tương lai. Những thói quen được lặp lại thường xuyên có thể giúp chúng ta tiến gần hơn đến các mục tiêu dài hạn và giảm sự phụ thuộc vào cảm hứng nhất thời.

Tuy nhiên, sử dụng thời gian hiệu quả không có nghĩa là lúc nào cũng phải bận rộn. Nghỉ ngơi, suy ngẫm và dành thời gian cho những người quan trọng cũng là những cách sử dụng thời gian có giá trị. Điều quan trọng là chúng ta phải chủ động lựa chọn cách sử dụng thời gian, thay vì để sự trì hoãn, những điều gây xao nhãng hoặc thói quen thiếu lành mạnh quyết định tương lai thay mình.

Tương lai của chúng ta đang được hình thành ngay lúc này—qua những gì chúng ta làm, những gì chúng ta học và cả những gì chúng ta thường xuyên lựa chọn không làm.
