Inner Changes for Girls and Boys Council, Inc Youth Programs Inner Changes for Girls and Boys Council, Inc. is a non-profit organization that partners with public and private schools, Dept. of Labor, Dept.

of Human Services, The National Parks Services, and the Dept. of Education to provide quality after school programs for children ages 2-19. We also serve as a year-round mentoring agency serving children ages 5-17 with academic and social programs. Our programs are known for empowering, enriching and uplifting the young people of tomorrow through education, mentorship, workshops, & so much more.
