The Brothers of the Theta Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Peace March. Despite the rain, you showed up, stood firm, and refused to be deterred from paying homage to a legacy rooted in courage, sacrifice, and unwavering faith.

This march is more than a tradition; it is a reminder of our collective responsibility to pursue justice, equality, and peace. Dr. King endured far harsher conditions during his marches and protests, facing rain, violence, imprisonment, and constant opposition, yet he never wavered in his commitment to nonviolence and love for humanity. Walking in the rain on Monday allowed us, in some small way, to honor that sacrifice and recommit ourselves to the work that remains.
Thank you for marching, for remembering, and for carrying the dream forward.

Brothers of the Theta Epsilon Lambda (St. Thomas) and Iota Sigma Lambda (St. Croix) Chapters had the opportunity to hear the Honorable Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson speak on Friday night. Her unwavering commitment to justice and the preservation of the Constitution is not only inspirational, but much needed.
