My favorite cookie hands down has to be chocolate chip cookies 🍪 I did a “new” recipe and let me tell y’all!!!! DELICIOUS!!!! I’m gonna post the recipe for my Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. If you aren’t subscribed to my blog do so now so that the recipe can be sent directly to your mailbox!!

Dairy Free Hot Chocolate 🍫☕️
2 cup favorite dairy free milk
1 cinnamon stick
2 dark chocolate squares
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond essence
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of kosher or sea salt
1|2 tsp Cinnamon
Warm milk on stove top with cinnamon stick, add your chocolate squares and whisk to blend melted chocolate in your milk. Add all remaining ingredients to pot and whisk to fully combine. Pour into your favorite mug, top with marshmallows and enjoy!
Please note: if you’re using an unsweetened milk you can adjust the sugar to you liking.

I think my husband thinks I’m trying to sabotage his diet. And the honest truth is……I’m not. LOL I just genuinely love making sweets and making them for him. There’s a pleasure I get seeing him thoroughly enjoy a dessert I made. So here’s my first Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake.

But seriously, let’s get into this delicious peach cheesecake I made. 🤤 I love fresh produce and my TL this summer was filled with all sorts of beautiful pictures of fresh Georgia peaches. Now I don’t know if you know l, but getting fresh Georgia peaches on an island is probably impossible. However these peaches definitely made do and I created this beautiful topping to accompany my Supremy Creamy Cheesecake recipe that can be found on my blog! My husband and I definitely enjoyed more slices that we should have but we did share with a few others. Like and share this post, if you’re on St. Thomas maybe I’ll share a slice of cheesecake next time with you. 💜

I think one of the hardest thing about being a food creator is coming up with new recipes and then testing them.
One of the greatest things about being a food creator is when your recipes are a success and one of the saddest things about being a food creator is when your recipes don’t come out how you envisioned.
That’s exactly what happen with these sticky buns. They did not come out at all the way I wanted them to ☹️They look delicious and they taste good, but they are definitely not what I envisioned. So it’s back to the drawing board and retesting. I wanted to share this with you all because I’m trying to be more intentional about creating and putting out content. I hope you guys enjoy these pictures from my journey on my attempt of creating a delicious sweet and tropical sticky bun.
