The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) Buccaneers head into the 2023-24 season with a clean slate as both teams will make their initial appearance in the NAIA’s Gulf Coast Athletic Conference (GCAC). The sky is the limit for the teams as they both were predicted to finish 10th in the conference’s preseason polls.

The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) invites the wider Virgin Islands community to join the UVI Basketball Buccaneer Madness on Friday, November 3 at 7:30 p.m. at the Elridge Wilburn Blake Sports and Fitness Center. There will be live performances and other entertainment will also be provided. Prizes and giveaways will be on hand for spectators in attendance.

We look forward to seeing you and the event is FREE!!!
