Joshua Fleagle has been professionally cooking for the past 23 years.

He has been the Executive Chef of various restaurants on St. Thomas, has worked in professional kitchens across the country including Washington, DC; New Orleans, LA, Los Angeles, CA; and now currently back in the US Virgin Islands.

Josh has cooked in some of the best restaurants in New Orleans winning gold and silver medals at the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience (NOWFE) events; assisted
