Dear Parents and Guardians,

C. W. Prescod Primary School is pleased to inform the parents/guardians of all new Kindergarten students that our 2026 Kindergarten Orientation will be as follows:

🗓 Date: Thursday, 27th August, 2026
🕤 Time: 9:30 a.m.
📍 Venue: C. W. Prescod Primary School

To help ensure a smooth and successful orientation, please note the following:

- Children should attend in their full school uniform.
- Hair should be neatly groomed.

This orientation is an excellent opportunity to meet the Kindergarten team, become familiar with the school environment, and receive important information for the upcoming school year.

🎉📚 C.W. PRESCOD PRIMARY SCHOOL CELEBRATES ANOTHER CPEA SUCCESS! 📚🎉
The Principal, Staff, Students, Parents, and School Community of C.W. Prescod Primary School proudly congratulate our Grade 6 students on their performance in the 2026 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA).

Of the 104 students who sat the examination—one of the largest cohorts in the nation—100 students were successful, earning an impressive 96.2% pass rate.

🌟 Our Results at a Glance
✅ 96.2% Overall Pass Rate
✅ 52 of 54 Girls Passed (96.3%)
✅ 48 of 50 Boys Passed (96.0%)

As the second largest primary school in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, we are especially proud of this achievement. These results reflect the hard work of our students, the dedication of our staff, the support of parents and guardians, and the strength of our school community.

Kindly be reminded to check the Kindergarten List at the school to see if your child has been accepted.

🗓️ Re-registration will take place from Monday, June 22 to Friday, June 26, 2026 ONLY.

Please ensure you bring the following:
• Your child’s Birth Certificate and a copy
• The School Health Card / Immunization Card
• Passport-sized photo of child

⛔ Failure to register during this period will result in the child losing his/her placement.

⚠️ Please note that school will close shortly after this registration period. Therefore, NO re-registration will be conducted after June 26, 2026.

We encourage all parents and guardians to complete the process within the specified dates to avoid disappointment.

Please be advised that the staff meeting previously scheduled on the school calendar for **Thursday, 18th June** has been rescheduled to **Friday, 19th June**.

As a result, school will be dismissed at **1:45 p.m. on Friday, 19th June** to facilitate the meeting.

We kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to have your child/children collected on time.
