STEM Educational Institute - Stemsvg

STEM Educational Institute - Stemsvg STEM short for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. This summer camp is held in July August at the Girls Guide Headquarters. Visit www.stemsvg.org.

It is the brainchild of Mr. Petrus Gumbs who is the founder and director of the program. STEMSVG is a one-of-a-kind summer camp, with its main goal being able to show students that to acquire the jobs of tomorrow they need to pay attention to what they are learning today. At this camp a participant who can find the sum of 2+2 would be guided to use that same formula to create his own executable ga

me. If he/she can read he would be guide to create a website or design his/her own magazine using industry standard software. STEMSVG is a nurturing project and was designed to be fully integrated, make learning practical and hands on and beneficial in one way or the other to any party who decides to be a part of this project.
