The CWSA’s Public Relations Team, was more than Happy to visit the Tourama Government School, on the 22nd, May 2026, for their Career Day activities, where students were given the opportunity to learn more about the important roles, within the CWSA and how we provide safe water services, protect public health and help care for the environment.

Students were encouraged to dream big, stay focused, and explore the many opportunities available within the CWSA and beyond!

The Central Water & Sewerage Authority wishes to advise customers in the communities of Akers and La Croix, that their water supply will be disrupted,
Today, 29th May 2026 from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.

This is to facilitate maintenance work on a 2” pipeline along the main road in Akers.

The CWSA regrets any inconveniences caused!

Work is steadily underway on the VEEP North windward Groundwater Project, as the CWSA continues work to strengthen and improve the water supply system in North Windward.

Currently activities include excavation works at the main Tank location, while approximately 1000ft of pipelines have been installed by 2 crews of about 18 persons, along the route, above the Tourama Government School leading towards the tank site.

This phase of the project is currently at the halfway mark, with completion anticipated by mid June.

The Central Water and Sewerage Authority remains committed to improving our island’s water infrastructure and delivering reliable quality service to communities across SVG! 💧🚧
