On our journey to introduce you to our sister Alliances Françaises around the world, let’s start with the network of Alliances Françaises of the Eastern Caribbean. 🌎

The first to mention is located in Castries, St. Lucia. It also hosts the Delegation for the AF foundation based in Paris for the whole network. 🇱🇨🏢

Known for its atypical building shaped like a pyramid, the AF of St. Lucia promotes French and Francophone cultures along with the St. Lucian one since 1953.

St. Lucia is a country part of the International Organization of Francophonie () as they have a creole linguistic and culture related to French.

Can you guess the percentage of people in St. Lucia speaking Creole? 💬

Don’t hesitate to pay them a visit on your next trip to St. Lucia and if you get lost you can ask for the pyramid 😉🔼

We wanted to introduce you the Alliances Françaises all around the world. 🎓🏢 Do you know that there is 832 Alliances Françaises in total in 131 countries?🗺️ 2% of them are in the Caribbean! Also, in each country, the Alliances Françaises are local law association.
