In the wake of the hurricane, our strength as a people shines brighter than ever. Vincentians are resilient and will undoubtedly bounce back, stronger and more united. The love and support we've received from all over the world have been heartwarming, and it's truly uplifting to witness the generosity and kindness extended to us.
From my current location, I am deeply moved by the outpouring of donations and support. This too shall pass, and together, we will continue to build and bond as one resilient community.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed, in any way, to help us during this challenging time. If only I were home, I know I’d be right there with you, cleaning up debris and cooking food to share with those in need.

I will never forget the devastation of Hurricane Ivan when I lived in Grenada – it was the worst experience of my life. Now, as I prepare for Hurricane Beryl, the pressure is overwhelming and it's dragging me back into those haunting memories. I feel numb, the fear and uncertainty are almost paralyzing. My heart goes out to everyone in the path of this storm. Praying fervently for our safety and strength during this time. 🙏💔
